1. Create your First Blog Training Overview: ever wanted to create your own Blawg and to have it live on your own personal domain and to see visitors coming in every month. But you worry that you don't have the tech know how to set this up. I know that starting a bloke can seem overwhelming and intimidating, but it's easier than you think. I've created this training for beginners who want a simple, step by step tutorial for setting up a block and configuring it just the way you like it. In this training, you will be introduced to the blogging platform Ward Press. Why work with simply? It's the easiest blogging platform available, and it's valuable because, unlike other platforms, you can extend the functionality off your website to use it as a landing page creator. A membership site create sales pages on it, captured emails with Upton forms and much, much more. So if you plan to add extra features to your side than war person is capable of this. Who is this course for? If you don't have experience with setting up websites or hosting than this course can help you. If you worry that it might get too technical, I have created simple follow along lessons in which you are walked through the entire process off, setting up your website from start to finish. In addition, you will learn how to customize your blogger design, how to extend your blokes features and functions using plug ins and how to use the WordPress dashboard like a pro to configure your new blawg. So let's get started right now, and by the end of this training, you will know how to have a fully working block available online. 2. The Blog Setup Guide Part 1: Hi, I'm Tom. In this video, I'll show you how to start your block in two easy steps. Although it's easier now to start a blawg, you still have to know what to do to set up a bloke so that it will rank on Google and you'll be able to get a lot of visitors to your site. So I'll show you what to do to make sure you're blogging platform. It's set up the right way. Here's what you'll need. I hosting service, a domain name and a platform to run your block. So let's talk about your hosting service. It has to be fast and reliable. Hosting is one of those things where you do not want to save money. Saving money on hosting just costs too much in the long run. That being said, you don't have to go all out and spend a fortune on a hosting service, but you need a decent service. Is a cheaper hosting Providers save costs by running your site on slower hardware? The consequence is that it takes longer for your website to load, and Google hates slow speeds. Websites that load really flow are penalized. Would either I low ranking or no ranking. Also, cheaper hosting providers are not as reliable by reliability. I am talking about keeping your website online no matter what. If Google discovers that your site is down due to a hosting issue, your site will be penalized and cheaper hosting providers just don't have the hard work to ensure your site is online. Always see I learned this the hard way because the first horsing provider I bought was slow and offline. A lot of the time it was a disaster. Sometimes it would take 30 seconds to load my webpage. Other times my website would just time out. My blood didn't get much traffic, and I was really annoyed. I only later realized that for just a few extra dollars, I could have all my hosting problems solved. And then I discovered the fast and affordable service. It's called side ground. If you buy it, you will not wonder where it was. A good choice. You'll be able to focus all your efforts on building your blawg without being worried that what are your hostages to slow what the quality is. Your side up side ground is really, really a good choice for hosting. The second thing you need is a domain name. This is the euro person types into the browser to visit your website. So it's easy to sit up because you get your hosting and domain in one place. I'll show you how to do that right now. Okay, This is the site ground website. Now, I want you to drag your mouse over to the wards, press services and click on WordPress hosting. Now let's scroll down a little. And then you have three options here. Now, this is important. If you are planning on just having one blawg and using one domain name, then select the startup option. This one here, if you are considering creating more than one blog's or hosting more than one websites on your hosting package, then grow big is for you because you can have multiple websites on this hosting package. So you'd click on get started here. So, in this tutorial, just select. Start up from one block and click get started. Now enter the domain name that you want over here. Make sure this is selected. Register on your domain. So let's just answer a sample name now. We're just before. If that domain name is not available, you will get an error. So let's just typing something broad, as you can see, was not available. So it gives me a choice off alternative domains that are available. So what you what I want you to do is just typing the domain name that you want and then click on. Proceed. So just for the purposes of this example, all select my healthy weight loss dot net and click. Proceed. Now it's just a matter off filling out the form Allah tive and paying for the domain and hosting the only extra services that you should know about are here. First name domain privacy. If you want your details private, then you would select this option. Now what do I mean by private? If you do not select this option, then when you register your domain, your details will be available on the Who is website So anyone can look up your domain and find out that you are the owner off this particular domain. If you selected, then your details will be hidden. I usually don't buy this domain privacy, but I suppose it depends on what you are selling And how you feel about anyone looking up domain ownership. Next we have over here. Now, this is an extra feature to protect your website from malicious code. I wouldn't worry about this now. I don't use it for any of my sites. And my sights are safe, so I would not select this one. Then you just scroll down, make sure this checkbooks is checked and then click on pay. Now, you should get on email when you're hosting and domain is all set up a debt moment, you can set up your first block. 3. The Blog Setup Guide Part 2: now the easiest blogging platform is wars Press. It's basically a turnkey platform. It's very simple and intuitive to use. Well, that's what I was told. I didn't believe it at first, and I was a little confused when I first logged into the WordPress dashboard, I didn't know where to start, but after about maybe five Loggins each time, I just kept browsing through the dashboard and something clicked in my brain. And then I realized just how easy it is to use. You just have to get familiar with the platform, and you can literally do anything you want using Ward purse because it's not just a blogging platform. If you decide to sell online products to create membership sides to create landing pages or build an email list, all of this is possible thanks to WordPress plug ins. So let's get started setting up your first WordPress blawg. First log in to your side ground account, so go over here. Enter your details. Click Logan. Then I want you to click on my accounts. Now go to see panel. You may get a pop up at this stage, so just click proceed under the auto installers section click on WordPress. And over here click on install. Because this is literally ah, one click. Install platform. First, choose the protocol for starting a block. Select. Hey, Http, Next choose the domain name that you want the WordPress blogging to be installed on. I've created a sample domain name sample page. Okay, so that's what I'm going to be used. Leave the directory field empty. Now. Give your site. I name and I description, so I will call it sample first. Blawg, How to set up your bloke. Now, Don't worry. This isn't permanent. You can always change this later. Now, over here. Enable multi site. Do not check this. You do not need this for your block. Now, I want you to select an admin user name. And I had been passport. Make sure that it's something secure. And make sure to write down your passport somewhere so that you don't forget it over here. Admin email. You can use your own private everyday email if you want, So just enter something that that you can use that you have access to Over here. I want you to select your language, so I will just leave it at English limit logging attempts. I would select this. It's to prevent someone from randomly typing in passports and trying to log into your account. Then we've got cleft secure passport less. Logan, I would leave this blank unless you plan on logging in from your mobile phone. Then you can consider this their team to install. I would just leave it as none. You will set the team later on when you have the WordPress installation complete. And now the advanced options is basically just to set up a database name and a table prefix so we can leave it on the default. And then we just click on install. Okay. Passports drink. Must be a little bit more. So let you go. Passport. 12345 OK, and click on install. And that's it. The WordPress installation is complete. So over here, you've got the two main. Your else? This one. This is your website, your new ward press blawg. And then if you want to log into the dashboard, we go to this euro. So it's just your standard web site, Ural. And then at the end, it's got forward slash WP admin. So if I look in hunting men. Then here's my wordpress dashboard. Congratulations. You have just set up your first block. So in this video, I showed you step number one how to set up your hosting and your domain name. And then we went on to step number two. How to install WordPress on your hosting platform. 4. Navigate through WordPress: Part 1: Hello. Everybody saying this tutorial. I want to walk you through the WordPress dashboard. So to recap from our last tutorial, we have set up your hosting account and your domain name. And then we installed wars Purse. This is the basic sites that we created. It's a default ward, pristine in its most basic state. We've got a header over here currently. No menu in the middle. We could main content area over here. We will have different block posts. At this moment, nothing has been added. And then over here, we've got the right column section and all of these things here. Recent posts, recent comments, archives categories. They are widgets. Now, don't worry. Later on, in this tutorial, I will go over what widgets are and how you can add them. So before we do anything to this bloke, let's go over the main areas of the WordPress dashboard. So over here we've got our home, and this is basically the main dashboard. And then any updates than you can click here. And we've got jet buck jet back. It's just an additional plugging. It got installed here by default. You do not have to use it It's basically another way off posting content e or site, Setting up your sides security and gives you different tracking options for seeing who visits your website. Now. The main four areas of your blawg are your posts, media pages and comments. Let's start with posts. Post are the lifeblood of your block. They had the content of your block. Whenever you see a blawg with new articles at it, weekly or daily thes are always in the form of posts. The block section of your website is always changing as you keep adding new posts over time . Then we've got media. Here. You can add images, videos, audios and any other files. You can basically see what you have added here, but you will rarely be using the media tub because if you need to add images or audios or videos, you always do this when you're creating your post or when you're creating your page. This is just the place where all your media is stored. Then we have pages now pages. They defined the structure of your block so some sites haven't about a section a contact us page or I products. Page teeth are set once and you leave them on your block. So what is the difference between posts and pages? Well, pages are meant to be static. Like I said, you create them once, and that's it. Post are unique. Two blocks you constantly ad opposed to your site so your post will be listed depending on when they are added. So, based on date, the post section is always changing. You're adding new content to your side regularly, and posts are meant to be more interactive. They encourage conversation. You may include a comments section below each post. You want people to discuss your work on social networks. You also want your posts to be shared on places like Facebook or Twitter pages. On the other hand, like about US contact US or privacy policy, they don't tend to include any comments or inspire any type of discussion. So those are the main differences between posts and pages. Then we move over to comments. If you have comments enabled in your bloke, this is the place to find them. You can approve some comments and other comments you will want to delete. This is basically your weight to filter so so that you don't allow just any person to log into your block and leave comments or spam your page with comments. That's why the common section is useful. You will be able to browse through common by comment and then deletes the ones or spam the ones that are just useless. Next, we've got appearance teams in the appearance section. We can customize how are block looks and feels so. We have just selected themes and warped press has a lot of difference themes, and it's very, very easy to install because you just have to browse through, find a thing that you want and click on activate and instantly it will be activated. The team off the entire website will be changed. Now, If you want to add new teams, just click here. Add new and now you've got a huge list off different teams that you can choose from. So these things they're not installed on your WordPress blogged. As you can see, I only have these three installed, but it's just a matter off browsing through if you when you find the one that you want, just hover over it and click install. Now, all of these themes are free. They all come with an upgrade option, but you can start using the themes free, and they all come with the features that you need to get started with your block. Next. Let's go over to customize. This takes us to a page where we can customize our blawg Now over here on the left. Inside, we've got a menu where we can change the site identity, which is the site title tagline. We can add a logo if we want. Then we can change the basic color structure. We can add a header image, a background image. So at this moment it's white. We can change it to a different image. We can insert an image and make that our background, or we can add menus and some widgets. Another thing is, this is for the default WordPress team. Everything on wars press will have a different set off customizable options right over here . So let's close this and let's move on to widgets. 5. Navigate through WordPress: Part 2: and let's move on to widgets. Widgets are really convenient, especially if you are not a programmer or have no coding experience. Widgets are basically small pieces of code, which already done for you that you can simply drug and drop into areas of your block, which are widget sized. So over here we can see that this default WordPress theme you can add widgets into the sidebar and content. Bottom one content bottom, too. So if we go back to our website, all of these recent posts recent comments they are widgets in the sidebar It bottom area would be here. At this moment, we have no widgets there, and here we have some available widgets. So just to show you how they work, let's say we would like to add a calendar into the sidebar, allowed it to the top, and I'll save it, and I want to go back here. Refresh. And it has added I calendar. Now widgets can be used to add banners. You can add a subscribe books. You got different tags within posts as in here, but you can also use it to add Google AdSense ads and then you will earn money every time somebody sees the banner and clicks on it by basically, widgets can be used for everything. This is not all the widgets, because you can Donald more widgets if you want. Okay, now let's go to the menus. Fiction. Over here. Well, you can create a menu, and you can create a menu custom menu based on anything. If you want. You can be a menu based on pages in your blawg, or it can be based on posts or different categories off post. Or you can even create a menu that's just full of links. It's very, very easy to use and very, very customizable. Then, over here, we've got Heather and backgrounds. Now. This allows us to customize the theme so we can change the header and change the background . This is Onley default in this war person team. When you change to a different ward, pristine, the header and background thes will probably it's highly likely they will disappear, and you will have to click and customize to set them up. And then the last choice is editor. This is an advanced feature. If you need to make changes to your hate email cold, then you can select if, but he needs programming skills. You need some knowledge off coding over here. But for now, that's not necessary because I'm going to show you how to set up your block the easy way. Okay, let's move over to plug ins. 6. Navigate through WordPress: Part 3: Okay, let's move over to plug ins. Plug ins are by far the most important part. Off wards birth. They extend the functionality off your blawg. If you want a membership site, there's a plug in for that. If you want to collect emails, create beautiful landing pages. There's a plug in for that. Anything that you can think off. Google AdSense band Arad's plug ins to sell digital stuff or plug ins to optimize your bloke for its search engines. For what you do is, you go up here, click on add a new and then you can browse through a lot of different plug ins. Because there a lot of different plugs here. Not not all of them are available through the WordPress dashboard. Some of them you actually concerns through Google and download them and then upload the plug ins to your WordPress installation. But basically, it's very, very easy to install a plug in like this one. Google XML site maps. You just click install now. Okay, so Wars press has installed the plug in, but it's not activated yet, so you just click, activate plugging, and we here see here Google XML site maps and it was just activated. Now, prior to this one, this one I just added, already had five plug ins here. They were just black kids that came here by default. When I installed WordPress on my hosting, these black guys just came by default. So, like just to give an example, this one as J. Catchy press, it's a plugging so that my website loads faster. The law organizer. It's a plug in, so that if somebody tries to log into my admin section of my website, so the WordPress dashboard and they're just typing in wrong passport after wrong passport. After about three failed attempts, the account gets locked. But don't worry. You still get access to it. You'll just get on email that somebody was trying to to log into your ward, pressed Adam in section. And then we could the jet spark plug in, which was over here. That's just a plug into so that you can use WORDPRESS differently. I I don't particularly use this one. Okay, so that's plug ins, then we've got users over here, so if you want to let other people or you, if you want to give access to somebody else to log into your wars press account and make changes on your website. Then you can send it up over here in the user section and then we've got tools. So available tools. We've got this press this and this is just an advanced feature. If you want to create block posts in a really, really quick way, so you can play around with this later. Then we've got our little this on first export. What you can do here is you can export your pages, posts and certain media. And the purpose off export is if you want to export your content and uploaded to another war press installation. So if somebody exported their posts and pages and then you were given the file, then you would click import, and you can import the content that way. Also, you can import content from these services as well, but we will not be using that because we're starting awards purse block from scratch. Okay, let's go to settings and genera 7. Navigate through WordPress: Part 4: Let's go to settings and genera. So here in the general settings, you can just set up things like the sites titled Tagline. So Mom, Administrative Things Like the Wars, Press address, URL site address, euro, your default email address. So basically some general general settings. Now, if we head over to writing, this is also General, like this thing here, post via email. That is only important if you want to. For instance, set up a separate email account so that whenever you write a new post, you can send it to this specific email account, and it automatically posts it to your WordPress blawg so that there is a bit of an advanced feature. We don't have to worry about this yet. Update services. This is important because you will need a list. I think there's about 50 different pink. You girls will have to find them and to share them with you. But what happens is every time you publish a new article, these services will be notified that you have just published a new article. So it's a step that you have to take to optimize your website forum for a better ranking on Google. Okay, so that's writing. Now. If you go to reading in the reading settings, we basically can set up how the home page off the block looks so we can set up how many posts will be available on each block page. So whenever somebody okay, let's say this is our blawg And let's say we've got four articles here and then at the bottom of good like Page one off 10 and each page has four different articles so we can set it up here in the reading settings. So blocked pages show at most for 10 whatever we want and also for each article in a feed we want to show I summary. This is what I used by default, and that's what is most popular on old blog's. And then we would save this. Now, if we go to discussion, well, discussion is basically set things to do with the comments section off your block. Then we've got media. This has to do with importing media, so this is linked to this to the media section and the Perma links. This is important. You can set this up however you like. So at this moment, each post will get a different date, so it will be organized according to the date. And then they post name. You can organize this by numbers or by post name only. I would say this one would be the best, but it depends what type of bloke you're running and the last thing here. XML site map. You will probably not have this on your war tress installation. The reason I have this is because I installed the Google XML site map plugging. So if we go to plug ins, Google XML site maps and that's why I've got an option to configure this type of plugging. This is what will happen if you if he installed plug ins here. Either you will get a new section like over here, Logan Isar Security, Super catching. These ones are plug ins. So let's just go back here. We've got here the law organizer plugging, which is active SG catchy press, which is active. So it has popped up here. Here. We can set them up. Google XML site maps. You can set it up from settings and XML site maps. Okay, so this is basically I've just introduced you to the entire WordPress dashboard and I've just explained to you the main features 8. How to Add new Posts (Blog Articles): Hello, everybody, and welcome back. So in this video, I want to show you how you add posts into award press. Blawg. So this is the bloke site that we have created at this moment. We haven't changed the theme yet. We'll do that in another video. So this is just the basic block. So to add a new post, we go to here post and click over here, adding new at this moment, we just have the default WordPress resources at site ground posts, or just one post. But we're going to add a new one. So we add the title here and then the content over here, and I've got I've got three simple articles that I'm going to insert into this WordPress installation. So it's just copy over the title at the content coping based. Okay, this is the Perma link. And as we can see, it's the post title. That's the ending off the Perma link. So you've got the post title. We've got the content, its formative. Okay, if we wanted to form of this any other way than we've got the two bars up here. So if we make it bold italics and any other these. You should be familiar with these. These are standard options that you get on Microsoft Wars. For instance, we can add hyperlinks as well. Okay, but we can add Publish. Let's create an under post Article two this time. Copy article two. Okay. And once again, Post Titles article to Perma Link will be article two and let's publish this. And that's at another one. Article number three. Copy article three. Let's publish it now. There are many different formatting options. We can allocate our post a different category. We can give our post certain tags. This will be keyword specific. We can set a featured image, but this morning I just want to show you the basics off creating your post. So if we look over here now, click on all posts. Let's delete this one. So we have article one. Article two, Article three. At this moment, all of them are on categorized and earned no tax. Let's have a look how it looks on our blogged. Okay, so we've added the three articles, and as you can see, we've got article 321 They've been added in chronological order. Solder latest. One is obviously at the top. Okay, so this concludes this tutorial. I just wanted to show you how easy it is to add block posts to your website. Obviously, there are more options. You can customize and play around with each article, but that's for another time. At this moment, I just wanted to show you how easy you can add post to your website. In the next tutorial. I'll talk all about plug ins, so see you then. 9. How to Use Plugins in WordPress: Welcome back in this tutorial, I want to introduce you to the process of installing your plug ins. Now, it's really simple, so I will walk you through the entire process. But before we go into the tech stuff, I want to show you the 12 most important plug ins that your site must have to get started. So, first Yost s CEO. This plug in is great for optimizing your websites for SC or you will be able to keyword optimize every page and every post that you publish. It's a must have. Secondly, Google XML site mops. You need this plug in to create a site map for Google. This step is essential so that Google knows that your website exist. So when Google sends its webcrawler, you know exactly the structure off your website, then you need Google Analytics. This is the easiest way to truck visitors to your website. However, you will also need a Goal analytics account and then you can integrate it with your WordPress blawg wards Breast ping optimizer. Now what happens is every time you edit a post or a page, WordPress sends like ping out to notify certain services and websites that your website has new content. If you send too many pinks from, say anything, let's say you're you've got one post and you're editing it over and over again and even changing little things like heading alignment or text size you. Every time you save or update your bloke post, you send the pink. If you send too many pinks, you will be banned from these services, and that can offend your search engine rankings. So use this plug in to prevent your website from sending too many things. Next, we need a floating social bar. This is a cool social bar. Now, whenever you publish a post or a page, the social bar lets people share your posts on their social networks, such as Facebook or Twitter. So it's a floating social bar. So whenever somebody is reading an article on your bloke and they scroll down, the social bar will follow them. So when they finished reading, if they really liked your content, they can always share it on Facebook or Twitter or whatever social network they like. W three total catching. If you're not using side ground for your hosting, then I suggest you install W three total. Catchy. It's a plug in that will boost your website loads speed if you are using site name. You do not need to do this because they have another plugging already installed. Akkus Mitt. This is a simple plug in to check your post for spam in the comments section. It's really useful. Buck WP up like the name implies, it's a safe backup solution for your WordPress website limit. Log in attempts. If you're using sites ground, then you automatically get Logan Isar installed so you will not need this. Otherwise, get the limit. Logan Attempt Plugging This is to keep your Worf Perseid safe from, say, somebody trying to guess your passport and repeatedly, incorrectly Logan in tiny EMC advanced. Now in the previous tutorials, I showed you how to create a post. Now, do you remember that the toolbar that was similar to Microsoft Ward well, with tiny EMC advanced. It's like an expansion to the toolbar, so you get so many more features to customize your post. It's a must have plug in if you're serious about creating very, very nicely formative post form. This plug in lets you create evey contact forms and last, but not least, Google AdSense. If you want to have Google ads on your block, this plug in will make your life easier. But to get started with Google AdSense, you have to create your own Google AdSense account first, right? So these are the 12 essential Ward purse plug ins. So let's get to work and start installing them now. So it's very easy to install new plug ins into your WordPress website. Now I'll show you just how to install one plug in, and then you can go out and install as many different plug ins as you like. But make sure that you install the 12th essential plug ins that I have lifted earlier. So in the WordPress dashboard, we just go over to plug ins and we click on odds. New. So let's say we want to install the Google XML site maps so we'll just go here. Search plug ins, good will maximal site mumps, and this is the one that we want to installed. Actually, this one is already installed on this worst press, so we'll just go to install Google Analytics and just before I continue the Google XML site maps, I do believe I installed it as an example in an earlier tutorial so years will not be preinstalled. So let's go to Google analytics. This one, and we can see there is very, very popular with over 600,000 people who have installed it. So let's just click on install now, and the plugging has been installed at this moment. But we still have to activate the plugging. Okay, now Google analytics is active, and it should be visible. Here it is Google Analytics. The plug ins that you install. They'll be either under the settings and will be located somewhere over here or somewhere over here. Like if we go to settings. We've got the Google analytics plug in the settings air here, but the law organizer and super catchy, which are also plug ins. They're visible over here, so that's basically older, is to to install it. Just click on, add new search for the plugging that you want and then install it and activated. And just before I finished this tutorial, if you have a plugging in the formal of I zip file, so let's say you downloaded it off the different website, then what you do is you click here, upload blogging, choose the zip file, install it and activated. And that is done. It's very simple. Process. Okay, thanks for watching this tutorial. 10. How to Optimize your Articles for Keywords: Hello, everybody. It's good to fear. Here in this video, I'm going to show you how to keyword, optimize your block posts and I'll do this by showing you the nine places you must insert your key words. Now here's what you'll need The Yost s CEO plugging this is really, really useful. It acts like a checklist so that you remember where to put your keywords and gives you feedback on your article. Okay, so let's get started. So this is the WordPress dashboard, and I'm just going to head over to plug ins. And as you can see, Yoast Seo, it's already installed and its active. It's a visible over here, so I'm going to go to Post and I'll create a new article. So post odd. New. So I've got a sample dummy article over here. And then the title of this article is sample article that is keyword optimized. The key word that I will be using is keyword optimized. So let's take the title. Let's copy it and pasted over here. So the first place to put your keyword is very, very easy. It's in the post title, so keyword optimized is over here, so That's point number one point number two. That Perma link. So keyword optimized is over here. Okay, These two points very simple and very logical. Now let's add the content to this block. Bust, copy and paste. Just before I really feel to you that there's place to insert your key word, I want to mention the Perma link. And as you can see over here, sample article that is keyword optimized. It has removed, that is, and it's just the four words This will not always happen. But basically that and is thes are stop words. They're not necessary. And they may affect your ranking, but not in a good way. What will happen is when you use Yost s CEO and you've got a Perma link. And if you see in the permanent worse like the a four debt to then So in other words, words that you usually add in a sentence so that the sentence makes sense. If you add them to the Perma link, then Yost will give you a warning to remove them. And it's their known as stop words, so they don't really add anything to the content there, just like there to make sense. So such words as that is end. You don't want to have them in the Perma link. Okay, let's move on. Point number three. We want a keyword in the first sentence off the first paragraph so we could write something like, I want article to be key to my mind. Proper league. Insert it in the first sentence off the first paragraph. Okay, so this is the first sentence of the first paragraph, and our keyword is keyword optimized. So that's point number three. Next, we want to have headings in our article and one of the herd headings we want to give. I hate to tug Just call our heading he ward optimized heading. So now we'll just select this click over here toolbar Tuggle and from the drop down menu will select heading to and that's older is to it. So now the fifth place where we want to have our keyword is the last paragraph. So this is the last paragraph off our article, and it doesn't necessarily have to be the last sentence, but just make sure to have it in the last paragraph. So let's make this last paragraph a little bit smaller and it's just odd sentence here. 30 content here. Yeah, I just writing any type of sentence. So keyword optimized. Our keyword is in the last paragraph. Next, when we look under right, we've got tags. So we want to add I keyword here, So keyword optimized. Let's add it. So this was point number six. Now point number seven. We want to insert our keyword into the AL talk over often image. So this moment our article doesn't have any type of image. So let's just add I image. Okay, this is good enough. And title can be whatever but the all tuck key word optimized and can insert this into the post. So that's point number seven. The all stock off the name of an image always have an image in your article now. Two point number eight. The meta description. Now Yost is very, very convenient for this. Here's a sample off. What are snippet on? Google would look like, and we can just click on edit snippet, and we've got the meta description here. So we odd our description over here and add our keyword, which in this case, is keywords optimized and make sure this description is approximately 156 characters long. And Yost is good because we're Well, we've got this. We've got this. Allah just called a progress bar over here, so we will know once it's green, it's It's good. Okay, so this is the meta description. This is the eight point. Now, the ninth point is, when we've got our article, we want to make sure that the keyword which in this case is keyword optimized, is spread out in our content, and we want to use it at least 1% off the time. So to give you an example, if the article is 1000 words long, we want to use our keyword 10 times in the content of the article. So just a sample key word optimized article. All other key word here and maybe here now, you wouldn't do this. You would actually write sentences. That makes sense. But this is just Jim Just doing this, for example, purposes. Now, if we scroll down here, we've got them and the Yost s CEO plugging and in the focus keyword. Our keyword is keyword optimized. So we typing out you were here And what the plug in does is it examines our content, our post, and then it makes on analysis over here. So it shows that the green are all the good things that we have done. Like as you can see here, the keyword density is 1.2% which is great run about the 1% mark. That's that's what you want to do to do. And then it makes some suggestions. So I haven't uncertain any link on this page, and it makes the recommendation. That s your title contains the focus keyword, but it's not in the beginning. So sample article that is cured optimized, if you can that make sure that your keyword is in the very beginning off the post title. But sometimes you cannot do that. So as long as it's in the post title, that is fine. Okay, so just basically to summarize for the nine points to insert your key words are in the post title in the Perma link. In the first sentence of the first paragraph, use it in a hate to tag. Use it in the last paragraph in the tax section inserted into the meta description. Remember the meta description is to be 156 characters long inserted into the image out, Doug. And your keywords must be spread throughout your content. Okay. Hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Thanks for watching.
