Teacher

Hello, I'm Roseanna.

Moara Crochet Designs was created when I reached the point of advanced beginner in the crochet world. I started like many of us with quick easy projects such as scarfs, granny square blankets and some amigarumi projects. But then I wanted to push myself and create beautiful crochet clothing.

Over a few years I spent my time searching for the crochet items I wanted to make. I would fall in love with beautiful crochet garments I would find online I’d say to myself, ‘This is me, I need to crochet this!’. I would get very excited thinking of the end result and be happy to invest many hours, days and sometimes even weeks into these projects. Then one of either two things would happen, the pattern was not available, it is just a link to a b... See full profile

1. Introduction: Hi, I'm resenting the artist and designer behind more crochet and design crochet clothes impact is for women and children and also accessories for the whole three my designs, I aim to fill the gap for those of us who progressed beyond beginner level and are ready to try something more challenging and maybe start creating your own crunchy clothing. In this crochet class, I'm going to be sharing with you one of my best selling crochet patterns, my crocheting Italia crop top. One of the reasons this crop top cell so well is I've designed my crop type to have a full of books and less on the side to accommodate the curves of a woman. In this class, I'm going to show you step-by-step how you can make your own crochet cropped up. Start to finish with my easy to follow crochet videos included in this class, there is also a full written photo tutorial which can be accessed from the class. And again, that has step-by-step on how you can create your crochet cropped up. One of the reasons I love this crop top is that it is so versatile. You can wear on the beach or you can wear with shorts or skirts. And you can even wear it in the cooler months and just layer it with a shed. And if you like Apple pizza fabric to the Boston and 10 until vehement crochet dress. So if you're ready to push your crochet skills to the next level, click enroll, and I'll see you in the next video. 2. Materials Crop Top: Make your crochet talk. You're going to need 300 to 400 meters of cotton yarn is a pair of scissors, a 2.5 millimeter crochet hook, a tapestry needle, and some shells are beads of your choice. For this example, I'm going to use in Cook County shell. 3. What is Gauge?: Today we're gonna talk about gauge. Why is it important, what is it, and how you can make your own gauge swatch. Why is gauge important? When I first started to crochet, gage didn't really matter because I'd be making smaller projects such as crochet grainy square, or a small Omega Rumi project that I didn't really need to know what it was. Once I progress on to more advanced crochets, then Gage became important. Why is it important? Because gauge will affect the size of your garments. So it's either going to be three things. Too small, just right, or too big. Gate also has an effect on the fabric of your crochet. It can become too loose or even to tide. Gauge can also affect your amount of yarn. You can either have an abundance of yarn or maybe you get was ND your project and you run out. So what is gage? Gages base liquidity effect? Two things. The amount of stitches and the map of rows over 10 cents meets a square. And that's it. And to make a gauge swatch is really easy. And I want to show you next how you can do this step-by-step. Taking half an hour to make a gauge swatch won't result in your item being the right size. And it is so easy to do and it will save you a lot of heartache along the way. So next video, I'm going to show you how you can make your own gauge swatch. 4. How to Make a Gauge Swatch: To start chain the number of stitches written in your gauge and add 5 or 6, 4 row 1, continue with the stitch indicated in the gauge. So for this example, I'm using double crochet. Continue adding rows into your swatch is 13 to 15 centimeters in height. Fast enough, I'm waving your ends. Now your swatches ready we need to block it. Plays your swatch into a piece of cardboard and painting evenly around. Once this is done, spray with some water and allow it to dry. Once it's dry, remove your pins. Place a ruler on top and measure how many stitches you have over 10 centimeters and then how many rows you have over ten centimeters. Now you have your gate. Gate is too big, reduce your hook size, and if you gauges to small, increase it. 5. Bust Rows 1 & 2: To start, we're going to make a foundation chain of 21. So have the tailing fund and wrap your yarn over your first two fingers to make a cross. Now pick up your hook and put it under the first and pick up your yarn and release your fingers. And as you firstly. So now we're going to make a foundation chain of 21. Now for our first row, we're going to double crochet in the fourth chain from the hook. So here's my first, second that, and here's my fourth. So yeah, ANOVA insight into your stage. Pick up your yarn. Three loops on your hook. Yarn over, two loops, yarn over again. So now we have a chain 3, double crochet. Chain 3 is going to count as your first double crochet. To continue going to add a double crochet into the next 16 stitches. And so you get to the final foundation chain. Here I've reached my final stage. So for this final stage, we're going to add three double crochets into the same stage. So that's my first, my second, and finally my third. And now you're going to chain 2 and add three more double crochet into the same stage. So in total, there will be six double crochet in this same stick. My thirst. My second, I'll finally my third. And the final one we started to make a curve. Now it's complete row warm. We're going to put a double crochet and the other side of the foundation chain. So they will be 18 double crochet in total. So go all the way down. Once you've finished row won, your piece will look like this. So now we're going start row to toe to start, we need to turn our work. And we're going to chain 3. And each chain three at the beginning of a row is going to count as your first double crochet. So now we're going to add a double crochet into the next 20 state choose. Now we've reached a chain space at the top here, winds are two double crochet as my first, a second chain 2. And add two more double crochet, all in the same chain space. So the tip of your piece is going to look at this two double crochet chain to two double crochet. And that continue into a 21 double crochet all the way until you reach the end. And I'll meet you at row three. 6. Bust Rows 3 - 8: Here we are after row 2 and I've got 23 crochet on either side. Now for row 3 went chain three again and turn our work. So each dot we'll start with our chain 3. So I've chained three or turn my work and I'm going to add a double crochet in each of the next 22 stitches. Here I am in the chain space and movement are two double crochet. It's my first on my second chain to just like in row two and add two more double crochet into that Chet, same space, 12. So at the tip you'll have two double crochet chain to two double crochet. Now continue down the other side again. And you will add when t3 double crochet until you reach the end. Here we are after rows three, and as you can see, my bus to start into for now you're going to continue the next few rows in the same manner. So chain 3, double crochet all the way to the top. And then in the top state are two double crochet chain to two double crochet and continue down the other side. To make size small, you're going to continue until you have six rows to make. Size medium, B7 rows, and to make size large will be eight rows. So continue onto the next video for your appropriate size. 7. Bust Row 9 - Small: Once you've finished your six rows, the small size will look just like this. So let's start row 7. So for row 9, we're going to chain for, and this chain 4 is going to count as one double crochet in a chain one. Okay, To start our row, we're going to skip to stick to. So this was our office, so we don't count that one. Skip 12. And then in the third stage, we're going to add 3 double crochet increase. And what that is, is three double crochets into the same stage. It's my first, here's my second, and here's my third. So there's three double crochets into one stage. Your pattern is going to be a 3 double crochet increase chain one. And then you're going to skip to stick choose 3, double crochet increase. So three into the same stage, 1, 2, 3, and 4. So this is our pattern 3 double crochet increase chain one, skip two, and you're going to continue this seven more times until you get to the top. And I'll join you that in total your have nine of these three double crochet increases. On one side. I've reached the top and I've got my nine double crochet increases for the top. After your final state today, you're going to skip to an event, have to skip an extra one. So in total at the top, you will skip three stitches. Now to the chain space, we're going to add 3 double crochet. My first second. And UN's chain 3. So, so far we've got three double crochet chain 3. And I'm going to add three more double crochet into that chain space. Okay, So the tip, we've got three double crochet, chain 3, 3 double crochet. Now we're going to work down the other side of the bussed. To start, we're going to add a chain one. And we're going to skip to stick choose. And then in the third stage we're going to do a 3 double crochet increase. So 3 double crochet into the same stick. There we go. And now chain one. Now, unlike the other side this time we're going to skip three stitches times my first, second, third, and I'm going to go into my fourth one with a 3 double crochet increase and our chain one. And this time I'm going to skip two. So this is going to be our pattern. We're going to do a 3 double crochet increase chain ones get 33 double crochet chain one, skip two. So let's repeat that pattern once more. Let us skip to the read double crochet. So three into the same chain, one, skip three stages. 123 nines, my fourth, 3, double crochet. Chain one, skip two, and you're going to repeat that pattern twice more. So 3 double crochet chain one, skip 3, 3 double crochet chain one, skip two. I've just finished my final stage, so we've got skip two and then our final stage, we're going to add a double crochet. And that will finish our row 9. Once you've finished row 9, you're going to have 10 repeats on one side and nine on the other. 8. Bust Row 9 - Medium: Once you've finished your seven rows and medium size will look like this. Now we're going to add our aging for Row 9. To start row 9, we're going to chain for Morgan's count this as a double crochet and chain 1. So here's my chain 4. And now we're going to skip two switches, 12. And in this third stage, we're going to add a 3 double crochet increase. And that is 3 double crochet into the same stage. It's my first, my second, and finally my third, and then went to train one. So this is going to be our patents get two stitches and we're going to put another 3 double crochet increase chain one. So our pattern again is 3 double crochet increase chain one, skip to. And you're going to repeat that pattern seven more times until you reach the top. Okay, I've reached my talk and it was actually eight repeats. So in total, there will be 10 clusters along this side. Now we're going to move to the tip. In our top chain space, we're going to add a three double crochets. Where's my three in the same space? And going to chain 3 and in the same space and when to add three more double crochet. And finally I'm going to chain 1. So here in our tip space, we've got three double crochet chain 3, 3 double crochet chain one. Now we're going to work down the other side of the bussed. To start, we're going to skip two stitches. And in the third stage we're going to add a 3 double crochet increase and chain one. There we go. Now we're going to skip three stitches and do the same process. 3 double crochet in the same chain. Now once again skips three most H's and three double crochet. In the fourth stage. There we go. Skip three most Hs again and 3 double crochet and chain one. Now this time we're going to skip two. And then we'll do our 3 double crochet in Queens. Skip three this time. Again, 3 double crochet, increase. Chain one, skip three more into the form of a 3 double crochet in creams. Skip three more. And three double crochet increase. Chain 1. And at the final stage, skip two and double crochet. Down one side you'll have 11 clusters, and down the other side you will have nine. 9. Bust Row 9 - Large: Once you've finished your eight rows, you're large size bust would look like this. So let's start row 9. To start row 9, we're going to chain 4 and count that as a double crochet chain one. Now we're going to skip one stage and we're going to do a 3 double crochet increase. So that's 3 double crochet in the same stitch. So I'm going to skip my first step and go into this next stage with three double crochet. There's my three double crochet and then it's chain one. Then so skip two. And we're going to use 3 double crochet in the same stage as so and then chain 1 and skip two stitches. Now repeat that pattern nine more times until you get to the top. And in the total you have 11 clusters of 3 double crochet. Now I've reached the top chain space, and here we're going to add 3 double crochet all into the same space. Chain 3. And 3 More double crochet into that top chain space. And I went chain one. So for our top space, we've got three double crochet chain, 3, double crochet chain one. Now is that working down the other side of the bus to start with and skip two stitches. And in the third stage, we're going to do a 3 double crochet increase. Double crochet into the same stage. And I went to chain one. And this time we're going to skip three stitches. So in the fourth stage went to a 3 double crochet increase and chain one. And for the second moment, skip two. So our repeat is going to be 3 double crochet chain one skips 3, 3 double crochet chain one, skip two. I'll do this one small way here. So we're going to skip to the third 3 double crochet chain one. Skip 3, 1, 2, 3. In the fall when the 3 double crochet chain one, skip two, and repeat that pattern twice more until you get to the end of the row. I repeat to my Patreon twice more. So then skip two stitches. And in that third stage, I'm going to do a 3 double crochet increase. Guys chain one. And this time I'm going to skip three stitches. And in that final stage, I'm going to do a double crochet. At the end of this, where I've got 12 DC clusters on this side and 10 on the other. 10. Bust Rows 10 & 11 - Small: For row ten, we start with the chain 3 and we're going to add a double crochet into the same stage. There's my double crochet added into the same state. Now we're going to skip four stitches and add a 3D C increase, which will happen just here into that chain one. So this is 3 single crochet, double crochet in the same stage. And our parts is going to be the same. So it's chain one as the previous row. And you're going to continue with this seven more times until you get to the top. So let's do one more together. So into skip three stitches now and we're going to work in the chain space. And we're going to do a three DC increase. So three double crochets into the same stick. And once again chain one. So continue that all the way up to the top. So you'll have six more repeats. Here we are at the top, so I'm going to add another chain. So the last one will have two chains here. And then in our chain space, we're going to add 3 double crochet. As on the previous row. Chain 3, 1, 2, 3, and 3 More double crochet. All intellect top chain space. And then to finish, we're going to add chain 2. So here's our top point. Chain 2, 3 double crochet chain 3, 3, double crochet chain 2. Now we're going to write down the other side. And just as we did on the first, we're going to be doing three double crochet increase in each chain. So here we go 3 into the same stage. Just that, and then chain will continue that pattern all the way to the ends of the eight more repeats. I've completed my final one. Now for our last stage, we're going to skip forced the chairs this time, not three. And we're going to add two double crochet into the final stage. There we go. Now for our final row, turn your work. Chain 4 and countless as a double crochet chain one. There's my chain for and now we're going to skip one stage and in this stitch here or going to add a 3 double crochet increase. So here's my double crochet increase in them added a chain one. So what we're going to do now is repeat that once more here and one final time here. And now we've finished our first boast. So what you want to do now is leave a tail of $0.50 meters and cutoff and repeat the whole process. For your second bust. 11. Bust Rows 10 & 11 - Medium: To start row ten, turn your work and chain 3. This chain three will count as your first double crochet and then add another double crochet into the same stage. Now we're going to skip four stitches and in the fifth stage or add a triple, double crochet increase. So that's three double crochets into the same stage and chain one. And now we're going to skip three stages and do the same thing. So three double crochets into the same stitch, which will always happen in our chain. One. Continue this pattern until you get to the tips of that B6. More repeats. I've reached the top and I've got eight sets of three double crochets. And now let's work at the tip. Now I'm here at the tip, I'm going to add another chain. So the final one will have two chains. Now we're going to work in our chain space and we're going to add 3 double crochet, changed the rain. And three more double crochet into that top space. And now at a chain 2. So in our space we've got three double crochet chain 3, 3, double crochet chain 2. Now we went down the other side of the bus, so 10. And we're going to skip three stitches and work 3 double crochet increase into our chain space. And chain one. Continue like this all the way down to the end in your dynein. More repeats. I've reached my final stage now I'm going to skip four stitches and add two double crochet. Just here on top of our first double crochet as my first and my second. Now going to turn our work and do our final row, four, row 11, chain 4 and countless as a double crochet, chain one. And I going to skip one stage and add a 3 double crochet increase into your chain space. Now chain one. And we're going to repeat that process. Skips rain, 3, double crochet increase chain 1. And finally skips three most Hs and add a 3 double crochet increase. Just here. There we go. And now that your boss complete, so what you're going to do now is leave a tail of about 60 centimeters and fastened off when you finish your median boastful looked like waves. So repeat the whole process to make your second bus and then move on to the next video for joining your bus together. 12. Bust Rows 10 & 11 - Large: For Row 10, we're going to start with the chain 3, and we're going to count that as your first double crochet. Then in the same state you're going to add a double crochet. So the first stage has two and chain one. Now start our row, then skip four stitches. And then when star pattern, which will be three double crochets into the stage, which happens to be in the chains. One stage, that's 3, double crochet. It's my first, second, third and chain 3. And now you can skip 3. And we're going to do that once more into the chain space. 3 double crochet and chain one. Now repeat that pattern of 3 double crochet increase into the chain space six more times. Here I am at the top, so we're going to add another chain, one. So our last one will have two chains. And now Then swear into what top chain space. And we're going to add 3 double crochet. Chain 3 and 3 More double crochet. And change. In our top space, you've got sweet double crochet chain 3, 3, double crochet chain 2. Now let's work on the other side of the bus to start with a skips, restate chairs, and we're going to add a 3 double crochet increase into our chain space and chain one. And we're going to do our pattern again. Skip three stitches, 3 double crochet increase into our chain and chain one. And now repeat that pattern eight more times until you get to the end. For final step two, we're going to skip four stitches and add two double crochet into our first step. Now let's turn and do our final row to start with ENT chain for countless as a double crochet chain one. And we're going to skip one state and add a 3 double crochet increase into our chain space. And chain one. Now we're going to skip three stitches and do another 3 double crochet increase here. And chain one. And we'll repeat that one more time. Just skipped three. And finally we'll skip three more and add a 3 double crochet. Increase. Complete. Now fasten off and leave a long tail of 60 to 70 centimeters. Once you've finished your lot size bus will look like this. Repeat the process again for the other side, then go into the next video, which will show you how to join your bus together. 13. Connecting the Busts Together: Here's my bus once it's complete and here's my second. So now what I'm going to do is align my busts on top of one another. Now, it does not matter that these are going to be opposites because we turn our web after every single row, there is no defined front or back. And now using the long tail, we're going to single crochet these together, okay? To attach that I've inserted into one bust and it's still not fastened off. So I'm going to hold this tight, like insert into this parallel, pick up my yarn. And I'm simply going to crochet the two together, inset and into the first bust, inserting into the first bus or so. And then the parallel stitch in the second bus, pick up my yarn and single crochet together. Once more, insight into the first bust. Now the second, pick up my ON and single crochet and continue that all the way down to the end. And fast enough this string, we're going to leave to add some embellishments. At the end. Here I finish connecting and at the end I have 13 single crochet. And here is the two sides of the bus complete. Next we're going to add on the trend. 14. Trim Row 1 - Small: Once you've attached each bus, your top will look like this. And now we're going to add the trim at the bottom to start tenure bust upside down facing the right way. Therefore, your join is on the back. Now to start, we're going to attach our yarn to the right side of the bus on the corner just here. Here's my final row of the bus. And what I'm going to do is insert my hook here into the first chain three. And I'm going to attach my new yarn Just as so. Now you don't need to tie a knot, because if you hold the tail of the yarn and just make a chain one. And as we go along, we'll single crochet over that tail and it will be hidden, unsecured. Our row one or the bottom trim is going to be worked up a single crochets, which are going to be weight into the double crochet stitch at the bottom of each row. So here's my double crochet from the last row, and we're going to work our single crochets in here. So what I'm going to do now is single crochet into that same stage. Pick up my ON and your ANOVA. And there's my first single crochet in that double crochet file. Now I'm going to add another one, so it's going to be two double crochets. Now, try not to go below the bar, go into a stage. So just here, pick up beyond and your ANOVA. And now you can see I've got two single crochets for that double crochet. Now in our next stage, we're going to start off Hatton. So our passion is going to be two single crochet, three single crochet in the next one. So let's do that together. Two single crochets at, in to a stage. There's one minutes away, one further down here, so it's evenly spaced. So that's my that's my two. And I'm going over the tail as I go along. Now the next one, I'm going to add 3, one of the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom of the stage here. In total over those two double crochets, I've worked 56 years. Now repeat that pattern of two single crochet in the first one, 3 single crochet in the next seven more times. I've done my repeat several more times, and now I'm at the central stem. So here I'm just going to add one single crochet. Now over your first side of your bus, you will have 42 statues with a single crochet here. So in total so far you have 43 single crochet. So now let's work on the other side of the bust. Now we're going to start our pattern again. So our first double crochet is going to have to single crochet stitches. My first and my second. And my next one is going to have three single crochet over the bar. One at the top, one in the middle, and one at the base. So here again, I've got five stitches over my two double crochet rows. Now repeat that pattern seven more times. Now for our final double crochet row, we're going to add two single crochet, my first and my second. So at the end of row one in total, we have got 85 single crochet. 15. Trim Row 1 - Medium: Once you've connected your medium-size bus together, your top will look like this so far. And now we're going to work on the first row of the trim below. To start red one, we need to turn up upside down with the right side facing you. Therefore, our joy in Mark is in the, on the back. To start, we need to attach Arjan to the first double crochet, which is just here at the final row of our best. To make row 1, it's going to be made up of single crochets, which are going to be worked into the double crochets at the bottom of each row. So I'm going to touch my yarn through my stage As. And I'm going to chain one and hold on to the tail. As we go along, you can single crochet over the tail so you're weaving your end as you go along. To start, we're going to single crochet into the same stage. That's going to be offers single crochet. Now into that same double crochet, I'm also going to make two more single crochets each time capturing the stage. Now you can see I went three single crochet over that double crochet. Now on the next double crochet, I'm going to add two single crochet, again, picking up the stage. So over our first two double crochet here, so far I've worked five stages. Now we're going to start our pattern. Over the next double crochet. We're going to wait three single crochets. And then on the next one we're going to again, always going over my tail to wrap in the end as I go along. So that's my pattern over those two stitches. I went three on the first, two on the second. Now repeat that pattern seven more times. Now in the next double crochet, we went with three single crochet. And now we've reached our central join and here went at one stage, one single crochet. Now in total, over the side of the bus, we have got 49 single crochet. Let's continue on to the next side. For my first double crochet here I'm going to add 3 single crochet. And now we're going to start our pattern again, which is 3 single crochet over the first double crochet, 2 over the next, I'll do the first one. We here. There's my three single crochet now the next one, we'll add two. So repeat this pattern of three single crochet over the first double crochet and 20 over the next, and repeat that seven more times. Now for our final two stages, we're going to add three more into the first 12 into our final double crochet pages here. At the end of row one, we would 97 single crochet along the bottom of the trend. Now turn your width and start row two. 16. Trim Row 1 - Large: Once you've finished your boss, your crop top will look like this. Now we're going to add the trim along the bottom to start 10-year top upside down with the right side facing you. So our join is on the back. Now we're going to touch on to our first DC here to start attach your yarn to the top of the first double crochet just here. And pick up your new yarn. Asset. Now, chain one and hold your tail. And now what you can do as you go along is single crochet over your tail so you're weaving your ends as you go along. Row one is made up of single crochets, which the word into the bottom double crochet in each row. And this will either be a combination of three or two. So offers for our first one organs chain one as we've done, I'm going to single crochet into the same stage. Again going over our tail. So you're fascinated as we go along. There's my first single crochet, 92, uh, two more single crochet into this bottom DC each time catching the stage. So that in my first double crochet, I've worked three single crochets. Now if your next double crochet do the same with three single crochet is evenly along that stage, each time catching the stage. Now we're going to start our pattern. So in the next double crochet, we're going to add 3 single crochet. So there's my three single crochet. And in the next I'm going to work too. So here's our pattern over those two double crochet and with three single crochet and 20 over the neck. Now repeat that pattern eight more times. Over the next double crochet, we will win three more single crochet. And now we've reached our central point. And here we're going to add one single crochet. So far over our first bus, we have made 54 single crochet with the extra one, the center. So in total you will have big D 5 single crochet. In the next double crochet will work three stages. Now we're going to start our pattern once again with three single crochets in the first to, in a second. I'll do the first one. We hear that as my three single crochet. Now in the next, I'll do two more. Now repeat that pattern eight more times. Now I reach the final two double crochet and we're going to add three in the first 13, in the final 13 in the final double crochet. And once you finish row 1, you will have a 109 single crochet along the top. 17. Trim Row 2: To start row to chain five. And count that as your first double crochet chain to now double crochet into the same stage. Now we're going to start our pattern. Skip three stages, 123 and do 5 single crochet as one single crochet. In the next five stages. There's my 5 single crochet. Now skip three stitches. And in the fourth, we're going to do a double crochet, chain two, double crochet again, chain 2. And finally one more double crochet into the same stage. Now you're going to repeat this pattern of skips, 3, 5, single crochet, skips restate choose. Then in the fourth double crochet chain two, double crochet chain, two double crochet. Repeat that pattern five more times. So small, six more times for medium, and seven more times for large. Once you've done your repeats, skips three most Hs and at 5 single crochet. Now skip three stitches. And in the final stage, at a double crochet, chain two. Double crochet. 18. Trim Row 3: Chain 3 in countless as your first double crochet. And then into this chain space you're going to work three double crochet. So far we've got four double crochet. And now in the next stage, we're going to add a double crochet. So in total here we have got five double crochet. Now we're going to start our pattern. Skip one stage and do three single crochets. Now skip another stage, another double crochet. This is going to be the beginning of our file. In the chain space at 3 double crochet, followed by a double crochet in the top stage. Now on your other side of the chain space at three more double crochet. And once again, on the double crochet here at one more. In total here you will have nine double crochet. Your pattern is skip a stage 3 single crochet, pest stage, double crochet 3, double crochet in the chain space. Double crochet, 3 double crochet in the chain space, double crochet. Now repeat that pattern five times for small, six times for medium, and seven times for large. Now I've done my repeats. Skip one stage 3 single crochet. Skip a stage, double crochet. 3, double crochet in the chain space. I'm finally double crochet chain 3. 19. Trim Row 4: For row 4 of 10. Now to start, we're going to chain one and single crochet into the same stage. Now to more single crochet. And now we've got three single crochet to start. Now then start our pattern. Skip three stitches. And then in the fourth stage, two double crochet. Chain two, double crochet in the same stage. Chain 21 more double crochet. Now we're going to skip three stitches and do 5 single crochet. So 1, 2, 3, and I'll start my single crochet here. Here's our pattern. Skip three stitches. Double crochet chain two, double crochet chain two double crochet in the same stage. Skip three stitches, and 5 single crochet. Now repeat that pattern five more times for small, six more times for medium, and seven more times for law. Now I've done my repeats and landscapes we must choose and then add a double crochet chain 2 into my fourth stage. Another double crochet chain two, double crochet. And I'm going to skip three stages and add 3 single crochet. 20. Trim Row 5: To start row 5, 10, your work chain one, another single crochet, and single crochet into the next stage. The example shows a size small and now continuing to the next video to add your ties. 22. Side Tie Row 1: Once you've finished your trim, you're going to turn your work to the side and we're going to add the ties. So I've turned a stove and now it's changed to three. I'm going to count that as your first double crochet. Now if they're not chained three, we're going to add another double crochet into this stitch here. So working into the side of the row. In that first double crochet, we've got two stages. Now we're going to work a double crochet into the next single crochet. And the next. Now so far we've got four double crochet. Now we're reaching a double crochet row. So we're going to add two into this stage. My fast and my sec. Now we've got another double crochet, so we'll work another two stitches, followed by two rows of single crochet. So one double crochet into each stage. Once more we've reached a double crochets, so two into this stage and again two into the next. And finally, we're going to add one into the first row.
