Because that's what we're gonna be rotate NOR first one rotate on your hills where your totals up in the air. And you see I'm Dylan, they're getting used to the balance of it. Even the most weight on a hill. As you can see, I'm just going at a medium speed and not one real fast was taking my time here. As I'm rotating all my Hill. After you do that a couple of times or gradually gone up, lawyer feed closer to the ground and try to pivot on my heel. We are told is touching the ground as well, slightly holding your feet, but not too high up. Where people can tell your feet are open air. So it's like a little illusion there. See, I Want to Hold Your slightly elbow mock. My feet are still staying flat as a rotate. Right. Let's just keep it on that. What it take your time and keep doing that. Eventually, you will find your center of balance, center of gravity. Let's go to the next bar here. Alright, now we're going to rotate and dime stop. So certain stop. I remember I was went over damped stops before and we'll roll say and you want to stop abruptly by squeezing the torso, everything of your apps, chess, neck, everything's comes tense. Which are lot rotate. Little fidget. Again, our won't rotate. And just like that, you can do it as a 100 times million times. It's you get right. What's up, guys, welcome to the next video. In this section, we'll learn how do the pivot move. Let's first one. Do you want lean back on your heels? Because that's what we're going to rotate. And on the first one rotating cylinder Hills, we are told is up in the air. And you see I'm the one they're getting used to the balance of it. The most weight on the Hill. As you can see, I'm just going at a medium speed and not going real fast. Just taking my time here. And memorable taking all my you. After you do that a couple of times are gradually going to lower your feed closer to the ground and try to pivot on Rahel. We are told was touching the ground is well slightly holding your feet, but not too high up. Where people can sell your feet are open air. So it's like a little illusion there. See I want to hold just slightly elbow mock love theater, still staying flat as a rotate. And let's just keep doing that. What it take your time and keep doing that. Eventually, you will find your center of balanced center of gravity. But let's go on to the next part here. Alright, now we're going to rotate and dime stop. So they'll certainly stop. Remember as went over dime stops before you enrolled, say in the one of stopped abruptly by squeezing your torso, everything of your apps, chess, net, everything is competence. Remote, rotate, oh, little bit. Node again, our MOOC rotate side. Just like that. You can do this a 100 times, a million times. It's, you get right. And that's it. I'll see you guys next video.
4. Hits & Chest Pops: Hello guys, came ricotta dancing affiliate here in this section we worked in all hitting. So when you're hitting with their arms, I'll start off by doing a lot of older cycle is almost like a star and a motorcycle is we'll get your body used to hitting with your arms there. Eventually you will start squeezing instead of rotating and we're just going to squeeze your arms. And notice that most of them arms are contracting, right? They're squeezing tense, note the arm right there. So after you get that down to a couple of times, what we'll work on shift in our body weight by snapping the NEA. Not too hard though you wanted to pick up DO TO going down or heal One-to-one us like snapping motion. Will do this while hitting with your arms at same time. Now we will go to the arms with the dime stops and hitting it. Same time. 1234. Well, the same thing will moms squeezing and hitting. If you notice, I'm still balancing my binary left and right. As I'm hating through my arms. It's slightly snapping my needle. Next, we're going to hit with their arms. We're going to start off down position, come up to the dime, stop and do some hits are illegal. It it it it do it again, up, it hit it. If you notice the whole body is engaged here. The arms, enemies, or tennis and golf for a full body hit. Alright, so next concept we're gonna be working on our chess. Chess. It's mostly call the chest pop. So you see what a chess pop your be expanding your ribs out. Almost like you're taking a deep breath. And then you want to snap the chess inwards. Here's a closer look. You notice I'm keeping my shoulders stiff, neck stiff, expanding my ribcage. Our ongoing in the chest pop can be really interpreted role, which is a huge important aspect of being a street dancer. So I really want to focus on mastering this concept. Are now going to do the chess pot with arms engaged, the mouse, left and right. Alright, now I've got that data we're gonna do all together from the top. Start with the arm hits engaged in the legs. Make sure you're squeezing those forearms. Now going what the upper arm hits. Still about left, right. And angle right into the chest. Pop. Hello guys, camera colder days and affiliate here in this section we work in auditing. So when you're heading with your arms, I'll start off by doing called a motorcycle. Where did it? All like a star and a motorcycle was one. Get your body used to pay with your arm. So you're eventually you will store squeezing, et cetera, rotating original squeeze your arms. I notice that most of them arms or contract and right there. Squeezing, tense. Nope. The arm right there. So after get that down to there, a couple times would work on shift nor body l0 by snapping the NEA. Not too hard though. You just want to pick up, make your toe and go down the hill. 1-1, a slice snapping motion. Where do this while heating with your arms at same time. Now we will go to the arms with the dime stops and hitting it saying top 123. And for doing the same thing, will moms squeezing and hitting? If you notice, I'm still balancing my body weight left and right. As I'm heading through my arms. It's slightly snapping my needle. Next, we'll hit with their arms. Will going to start off and a down position come up to the dime, stop and do some hits. Are ever go up. It, it, it, it, do it again. It, it, it, if you notice the whole body is engaged to you. The Rs and these are tense and Gulp for a full body hits. Alright, so the next concept we will be working out on our chess. Chess hits. Most recall the chess pop says you see what a chess Go be expanding your ribs out. Almost like you're taking a deep breath. And then you're going to snap the shifts inwards. Here's a closer. You notice I'm keeping my shoulders their next if expanding my ribcage. Our ongoing in the chest pop can be really interpreted role, which is a huge important aspect of being a street dancer. So I really want to focus on mastering this concept. Alright, now we're gonna do chess pop with the arms engage boss, left and right. Alright, I've got that data we're going to do altogether from the top. Start with the arm hits. Engage in the legs. Make sure you're squeezing those forearms. With the upper arm. It's still about left, right angled right into the chest. Pop. These concepts that I'm going over. You have to do it over and over again and get your muscle memory now. So don't get discouraged and can't get it right away. Just keep practicing edited books, chemical dance to Philly. I'll see you in the next one.
5. How To Wave: Cameron, colder days and affiliate here. In this section we're going to teach you how to weight. Won't get your arms up. Store to wrist, elbow, shoulder, shoulder, elbow and wrist. Let's do this a slow motion now. We can isolate each door in our body, take time. Starts to write risks. Gonna go up, then down. Go to the elbow. Then the shown here, and you notice a freezing everything after I hit the drawing as well. Angle to the shoulder, elbow, wrist dal, and then back up. One, do this over and over. And you get your muscle memory down list. And would again this time window from the other side. Sorrow with left wrist up down elbow. And shoulder. Goes right shoulder, elbow, wrist. C. Well, I do this multiple times but who is a lot of Tom's day? Now, get your muscle memory down and the control. Saffron like millions of times and going to go into that one a little bit faster. So becomes all natural. Didn't have to get the joints down. Going to work on waving, which called liquid. May feel like water. Use no slowly way through your body. With the same content steps which are now stopping as much it is rolling ways vital to arms. And going back and forth. Again, if this is their first time to one is going to feel weird efforts. Keep doing it over and over and over again on repeat. Just like that. Going back and forth, more hands out loosens up. North God do to get the risks were only get low joints countable. It loops are now we're going to trace the wave from the bottom. So are we going to do was take a right arm and then trace it down your arm. As you've been each joint like we did before. And this is what we call tracing New Wave. And tracing it back out. Practices multiple times. The one is slow and which get better you speed up later. Wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Alright, let's switch sides and do the same concept all over again. This time, take your left arm and tracing wave, isolating each joint. Now we're going to live with delayed and roll it in. And then rolling back out. Rolling in, rolling out. Just like that, switched to roll it out. By most norms up. Or this time we're going to go through a whole body going from a lifeform all way down to our right, let us trace and all the way down. Just like that. Let's break it down out. Notice a motor wrist, elbow, shoulder as usual. Then I'm pushing my chest out. When announcing the hips. And now to me, you can notice that my body way is shifting a little bit. As I'm doing this. Now through my legs. See I'll push my chest out and the hips down. So to me, it's like that. You wanna do this over and over again. Now we're going to switch to other side. So alright, let's loosen our bodies up little more. It's moved to the next part. So now what we're gonna do is we're going to body weight through our bodies and come all the way back up in reverse. So start with the same concept, chess waste knee. So when you come back up, we're gonna push your body sane direction that you came from. Pushed your chest out almost like you're going to throw up. Like type of motion. Don't literally throw up, but that's a type of motion that you're going in. The whole body is engaged in this movement. I'm shifting my body weight up, pushing my waist, chess arms, backtracking, right? So again, back up. Just like that. Exact same concept on other side. See I'll push my waist and shares forward shoulders all in line and with each other. But you notice now all at the same time, and that's why we call it a wave. Rolling back up. Do it again. You're going to feel weird at first doing this as well. And you want to do this multiple times, all these concepts all together. Next we're going to do a full by wave through the body, through to arms, shoulders, chess, lace, and possible keys out. So at the risk, roll it all the way down and come back up and roll it out. Same as before we come back. Come on down and push it back out. It's almost like going into the seat position. Come back, Chairman, colder days and affiliate here. In this section we're going to teach you how to weight. Won't get your arms up. Storage wrist, elbow, shoulder, shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Let's do this a slow motion now. Isolate each door in our body. Take time. Storage, you're right. Risks. Gonna go up. Then down. Go to the elbow. Then the shoulder and you notice off reasoning everything after I hit the joining is well, angle to the shoulder, elbow, wrist Dal, and then back up. One, do this over and over. So you get your muscle memory down as to what again this time window from the other side. Sorrow with left wrist up down. Elbow and shoulder. Goals, right shoulder. Telephone risks. C. Well, I do this multiple times and who has a lot of times they don't get your muscle memory down and a control. Like millions of times, you're gonna go into a little bit faster. So it becomes all natural. Didn't have to give the joints down. Going to work on. Actually waving, which called liquid, may fill like water. You just go slowly, wade through body with the same content steps which are now stopping as much it is rolling ways vinyl and dollars. And going back and forth. Again, if he was their first time, Dawn is gonna feel weird at first. Keep doing it over and over and over again and repeat. Just like that. Going back and forth. More hands out, loosened up. Doj, god, dude, get the risks were only get little joints countable. It loose. R. Now we're going to trace the wave to the bot. So all we're gonna do was take a right arm and then trace it down your arm. As you been each joint like we did before. And this is what we call tracing wave. And you can trace that back out. Practices multiple times. D1 is slow and which get better speed up later. Wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Alright, let's switch sides and doing the same concept all over again. This time, check your left arm and tracing the way. Isolating each. And speed up. Now we're going to liquid the wave and roll it in. Rolling back out. Run without i've just like that, switched out the side and throw it in and roll it out. By Roy Reyes out who some arms up or this Tom will go through a whole body. Going from the left on all way down to our right ray tracing all the way down. Just like that. Let's break it down out to notice a lot of risks. Elbow, shoulder as usual. Then I'm pushing much asked out, go down so the hist. And now some neat. You can notice that my body weight is shifting a little bit. As I'm pulling this down through my legs. See, I'm pushing a chess out the hips and then down and me. It's like that. You can do this over and over again. Now we're gonna switch to other side. Alright, let's loosen our bodies up little more. Let's move to next part. So now what we'll then do is we want to do a body waves through our bodies. We back up. So storage saying cost of chess, knee. So when you come back up, we're gonna push your body St. direction that you came from. Pushed your chest out almost like you gotta throw up. Like type of motion. Don't literally throw up, but that's a type of motion that you're going in. The whole body is engaged in this movement. I'm shifting my body weight up, pushing to my waist, chess arms, back to the right. It's not what again, that looks just like that. Exact same concept on other side. C, I'll push my waist and shares forward shoulders. All the alignment with each other. But notice now all at same time, That's why we call it away from Mao. Was Roman backup. Do it again. We're going to feel weird at first doing this as well. And you want to do this multiple times, all these concepts all together. Next we're going to do a full byway through the body due to arms, shoulders, chess waste, and then pop the oldies outlet. So at the risk to roll it all the way down Popper's knees and come back up and roll it out. Same as before when you come back up or down and push it back out. It's almost like going to the seat position and then come back off from a seat. Caramel color danced affiliate. I'll see you next video.

You gotta freeze out then when one slide latte, Todd, you'll do an answer. Gauss least likes one learning times. He boasted Israel something different every time. Logic gate model follows that way. A lot of cases where you don't get the best days. The jump onto the train that you like and you move it. And as you move, well, you would all together with the music. Well, less than adequate stake in a box. Feel I'm a good job.

Up to get used to isolate your n is almost like your Tana listened to somebody called her name, is moving back and forth just like that. So now you want to freeze your head and just move your torso. Look at again. Just like that. I think I'll switch and do the opposite. And bring the right tool. The LFO bag. Again. I'll like start off like this, get you into the emotion of it. You feel the hospital SCO, let's let you work with your balance. Keen yourself, rounding and place. All right, go do it again. Would try to go a little bit lower to the ground. Sli to sly TO switch. Now we will start doing it from the growl. Here's a closer look for you. Slow the speed downs and get the mechanics. And this is actual airlock. Sli TO SLI TO mosquito. Remember it? Sli TO whenever it gets a total of one day going to pull out again, want to keep your balance here. You don't want befall on lobbying or lower place. You want to keep an in-place slide and lock down to work. And that laid Yeoman, is how you air walk. And do this 1000 times a day. This is a good way to print into the moon walk, which we'll get into next. All right, now that we know how to airlock, let's dive into the moon. Walk. First we're going to start off what you're walking. Then went to work on pushing back on our TO Switching. Each foot. Push it overwrites that switching, pushing wanna live. We're going to do this to be equal to the final balance and get used to the mechanics of it. It's okay if you stumble a little bit, you need to pull up until it just to move a little bit as well. But it is a push in a slide at the same time. And you see me there. Pushing and sliding, switching my feet back and forth for just like the airlock while pushing back. Instead of staying in place. If you find yourself still those imbalance, it's okay to put your hands on a ledge or counter and just keep working on the mechanics of the push and the slide. Switching back and forth. This is a very popular move, takes lot of practice on time. Give them mechanics and getting your balance. So don't feel discouraged if you're falling all over place efforts. They notice the slide goals into the interchange. Push SLI is which push lies, which just walk on, pop it out if you have to hop alcohol tops thing, go right back to stain on a graph. Push lie, switch, push lies which in alternate, pushing off the total sliding. Just like that. Notice I'm leaning forward just a little bit more. Push this momentum in that bush and often TO push muscle back on a slide. When you do a quick switch to the other tow is going to be point of your balance, which are pushing off of switch. Switch. Alright, now that we know how to airlock, let's dive into the mobile. First. We're gonna start off with air walking. Then went to work on pushing back on our toe and switching each foot. Push an all rights. And that's watching, pushing all birth will do this to be able to find our balance and get used to the mechanics of it. It's okay. You still have a little bit and you pull up until just to move a little bit, do that as well. But it is a push in a slide at the same time. You see me, they're pushing and sliding. Switching my feet back and forth, just like air wall, but I'll pushing bag. Instead of staying, you place yourself still, lose imbalance. So K to put your hands on a ledge or counter and just keep working on the mechanics of the push and the slide. Switching back and forth. This is a very popular move, takes lots of practice on time. Given mechanics again, your balance. Snowfields scourge if error, fallen old, replace efforts. And notice the slide goals into the interchange push slides which push lies, which does work on, hop it out. If you have to hop in alcohol the tops. Then go right back to stain on a graph. Push lie, switch, push lies which ultimately portion off the total sliding. Just like the ignored as I'm leaning forward just a little bit. Disown gives some more push. This momentum in that pushing off the toe. In an ambush muscle back on the slide. When you do a quick switch to the other tow is gonna be point of your balance, which are pushing off of switch. Switch. The Moon Walk is illusion as well, which is one of my favorite tricks by MAC index. And then we have folks doesn't walk forward. See you next video.

Until you switch heel, toe. You do that cold times get used to the rotation of the feet. Like putsch right on those. Heal. The left one is o. Well, it's always facing inwards them. Which does the opposite. Told space. Now, just like that, the closer your feet are already easer it for you to move. So you want to add too wide of a stance like ahead there must answer was limited to y, but now I have the stance closer. They wouldn't be there. Feel TO tell them. We'll he'll tell TO here. Let's just keep the one that I'm out there. Want to speed up a little bit. Make sure keep your balance center balanced, standing straight up and down. Now we're gonna put the toll, went away, push off the toll, rolling every party or flip on the right foot. And you see I'm rolling on the hill, the pushing and sliding. You don't want to lean to the right too much. I'm going to start off lameness and write and transfer it to live, but you don't want to show it. We still want to keep your body straight up and down quad dragon Hill. Work when I take off right there. And then eventually you can blend this all together. The twists my hips a little bit. Notice that when I take off and drag anneal, the backfill, I'm just dragging along the toe. Because a closer look. If you want to keep doing this over and over across the floor TO feel peel and drag the heel. Don't get discouraged to stay added. Some MOOC. And this time glide. So we'll switch heel, toe and do that. Cold times get used to the rotation of the feet. And I can put you right on the left, wanted TO blue bowls, face networks switches the opposite. Told space. Now, just like that, the closer your feet are easier for you to move their z1 at too wide of a stance like I had there must answer a little bit to y, but now I have it stays closer. You start off lameness and writing and transfer it to the left and you don't want to show it, you still want to keep your body shrink up and down, quadratic and he'll work when I take off right there. And then eventually if combine this all together and twist my hips a little bit, you notice that when I take off and Dragon to heal the backfill, I'm just dragging on the toe. Here's a closer look.
