1. Why You don't need Lightroom and Why ACR is Better: hi, guys, and welcome to our cause. Adobe bridge CC and adobe camera raw for beginners. As you might know, a few years ago, Adobe Photo Shop stopped the sales model where you could buy a Photoshopped version and then, for small a fee, you could also buy the following updates. Now you need to subscribe to one off their options online in the creative cloud and pay on a monthly basis. And if you don't know what I mean was that ever just opens it up for you? And he use easy adobe dot com website and all those different models. So this was quiet, the controversial topic. Some photographers laughed it as they didn't have to spend the huge some up front and then every time, a fee for the update. But as us didn't like it, because yeah, now they were tied into the sales model for the rest off their photographic life. So is away if you like it or not. If you opted in for this cheapest model down here, that's kind of cool, because it's not only four to shop where you subscribe for, but it also comes with light from CC and at the moment it's for 9 99 altogether and the single I True miss really cool for creating automatic watermarks, and you can even tell your camera into light room and show your client or models images immediately, like on your laptop and so on. However, if Adobe would stops this two and one model right now and would offer them separately, many photo shop users would probably opt into life room because I don't know that photo shop actually comes with its own image organizing system and even a free developing tour. So you don't necessarily need light room or have to possibly pay in the future extra for it , especially if you don't use all those functions, like water marking what has a ring or don't need such an extensive organizing system. I also sing light from looks a bit confusing for many beginners and let me open this year because, yeah, there are so many fooled us here on the side, and you have all those difference light as you have those options appear, and I think it looks a bit overwhelming if you have never seen it before because everything is here on one page, so you have to scroll down. And I just found when I started with light room that I'm like Whoops. Here's a lot of stuff that have to learn And yeah, because off this new subscribe model, somehow everybody who just started for the shop believes they have to use no light room and have to learn all off those functions to upload and organize their images. As a wise, I mean, why would adobe included? But you don't have to. So let me go back into bridge and show you this already. So you get familiar with that because photo shop actually comes with its own catalogue off organizing and where you can also upload your images called, as I just said Bridge until you see it Adobe Bridge, CC 2017. And yeah, I think that this free developing tour here that's called Adobe Camera Raw is also a lot easier to understand than light room. And let me just open this year. So you see what I mean. Let me just open any image, and it's not quite so complicated, I think, for beginners, because rather than packing everything in one tour with the slider down year with more stuff over here. I think it's a little bit easier for beginners to understand because it's just a bit more structured or organized with those different panels. You just click them open. You don't have to drink anything down. I mean, obviously, that's always a little bit depending on one's preferred yeah, choice, or what people find easier but adjusting. If you know now that there is a tool actually hidden in photo shop that's for free and pretty easy to use, then it's probably good to know, right. So in this tutorial, I will explain everything you need to know about photo shops hidden but awesome organizing tour coat bridge and the amazing power off adobe camera, raw or in short, a CR. And I was sure use the interface off bridge. So no worries. I promise you. It's super easy to understand, and we will talk about everything you need to know how you can organize your images and how you can name. Then you can bench them and you have all your meter data on so on. It's really easy to understand, and that will also show you how you can access adobe camera raw in all sorts, off ways and even how you can just upload your images. And we were also dive into the amazing developing panna. And it's Yeah, it's just so powerful after using this panel, some images you don't even have to open and for the shop at oil. So, yeah, I always refer to adobe camera raw as a super awesome mixer. If you have already amazing ingredients to start with, meaning your images that they're already amazing, then sometimes that kind off powerful mixer is all you need to create a fantastic desert, meaning your product. And of course, if you want to pack it from here into this super duper high tech, often called photo shop, then you can always do so all. You can also just go into adobe camera, do your developing, and then you can press done or safe and your images ready, so have found with his hands on tutorials 2. Where to find Bridge in your Applications: All right, so let's dive right into it. So here we're back on the adobe dot com website and here you would obviously goto the by now function. And once you bought this package year, you're creative Cloud photography plan and want you downloaded this. Then you will find all of those options in your application or the equivalent to your PC, because I'm working here on the Mac. So I will go into my finder into my applications. And here we will see no oil off those different adobe your application, fold us and like a promise you will find your not only your adobe light room, which is an in this for that down here, not only your dough before to shop CC 2017 that you see here. But now that's special hidden sanction. As I said here, you will also find your adobe bridge CC 2000 and 17. Toe that your bridge and it's up to you now if you want toe. Yeah, choose all off your applications from your finder in the applications menu are if you want to slide down here or if you find it easier to work from your doc then you can also just drags those items into your doctor. And from there you can also access everything. So let's say in case I didn't have light from here, let me delete this for you in case you don't know what I'm talking about. And then I just opens the stock here again now, without light room. But you see a have already my creative cloud logo here, my bridge logo and my photo shop logo. And if I would decide now that I want to have all of these items in my dog addressing that makes sense because you want to access everything as fast as possible. Then you can just go into each of those food as into your bridge into your photo shop into your light room. And you just go into this one here where you see this proper big logo, and then you just drag it down into your talk until you can arrange it in the way that it makes sense to you. And now from year you can access everything. So, as promised, I want to show you the bridge function first, because it's the's similar idea that you found and light from to organize your images. Betting opens us once more just so that I can show you side by side. In case you kind of look that light from already that maybe use the bridge functions are a little bit scary for you because you haven't seen them before. But let me just compares us to light room for a second. So here, in this first truncheon year in your library, you will see all off those fooled us and s I said it depends kind off on your own performance, A few things. This is easier as a developing tour. But here you have to kind of school down now and see all off. Those fooled us and I addressing it's a little bit easier if I look into my bridge and this is actually the first page now in bridge. And here I have all off those folders. This way. If you don't like this kind off you, If you think the one in light room that looks more organized to you, then you can also just change this year instead of having favorites and content Lexus, then you can also just change it. And then you have your folders all the way down here. And then it looks very similar to the light from option. But for me, personally, I like to have all off those folders in my pictures. And that's kind of what you see here. That's my overview the first time. An open, the Adobe bridge and my pictures Favorites. So, yeah, let's see. First overview. And in the next tutorial, I will show you how you can open up your images. 3. Uploading Images into Bridge manually: Okay, so let's have a look how we get our images onto bridge because that might be a bit confusing for you to start. So first of all, it if I look into my doc, I closed Toby light room so I don't accidentally up Lotos images into light room because I want to use bridge. And now I haven't as d card that ever just put into my SD Cats lodge. So just like that now is the Carters insight. And now all that should be Yeah, There you go. Now you have this little fut oversee SD card, and it's called Untitled. Just because I didn't gives us a stick at any name and my default this year that, um my mech also has a program for, like, this kind off system for two library. And I don't want that because, as I said, I don't want to use any other programs and bridge to import my images. Therefore just sacred. So that's no problem. And also, if you're light room would accidentally open now, you could just say cancel and then that's no big deal. But still, how do we get no, those images into bridge? So They're two different options. First of oil. Let me open Adobe Bridge. And here we will go into this little camera logo and we were just It's called get photos from camera and we just click on it. And now it's opening up. And from here, we have to say, OK, which device? Because it detects different devices here. And this is D card discord. Untitled number one. And you can see now it's searching for this media. So please wait, Okay? And then you can also decides already. What kind off name do you want to give this folder? So he has. This was my picture test forward up. We can also go in there and saying, Okay, we want to give it a different name. Therefore, I will go now into my pictures. Yeah, that's kind of the start that I was showing you in the beginning. These are all my folders on this main side. And then I just say, maybe I need a new food are so I don't confuse myself and uploads is into the wrong one. And then I just cause this as the cat and just call this a c ah, begin Now, because I have to scout already, so I can just delete this later. But just so that you know how that works. So I just went onto pictures when two of the new Florida and pictures. It's just because I called us here my favorite. So if I just moved us to the side, I have here my favorites and you have one folder that is just for my pictures. And then you have all those different folders, So yeah, as I named, there's no SD card ace iapa Ginna. Then I just say create. And now I can just go on to open. You can now go Indian. You could also create under folders under this one. But, um, yeah, I would just go here on toe open because it's enough. That's kind off my location. Here s D card a CR beginner. And then it also recognizes that there are actually two fold us on this S D card because I took images at different times and therefore I have two different folders. Or as I said, you can also create those up $4 you can open this year. You can give it a custom name, but for me. I just keep it with shot date because I can You know what's in them anyway. But if you wanted to cause them in any way, you could also do this year in your creates up forward us. And you could also rename those fires or do not rename fight so you could name all those fires with today's date or the shot date and so on. But ever Just keep it how it came out off my camera. And then you can also have some. Here was preserve current fire name and ex MP. But for me, that's all not interesting. The only thing I want that its opening in Adobe Bridge. So that's all Okay. And then I just go on, get media, and that's it. Now all these pictures on my desktop from this SD card will be transferred in tow, my adobe bridge. And of course, you see Nike. I should have taken a cab, but I don't have so many images on that. But just to show you what's happening here now, they will be all uploaded and yeah, once this is finished, I will see you again. 4. Uploading Images into Bridge Automatically: Now we're back on this main page in Adobe Bridge and we've got our folders off. The upload worked, all right? And we see here now the name that we gave it, the SD card a CR begin, afford a and then opens us. I see that. Like I said, I didn't give a doobie any as our preference is how I want to names those for us. So they're just these dates. When I took the image in 2017 the 26 off February and then as a forward of which is 2017 and certain Zoff August. So that's just the default option. How that was safety. And for me, that's fine. And if I wouldn't like this name really easy, so that's opens us. And that was a shoot that I had was a model in this kind off just mint outfit where we did this kind off us lightly fantasy and by a chewed and that would just gives this Ford are now a name from your visas. A shoot itself. It could be fantasy shoot, or I know this was my model, Julia, So I just cause us, but just clicking on there, but let me right to speak Julia. And then I just click anywhere in here and now this folder has a name off those images inside and those wells whose images off my model Julia. And if I go into here, that was just some yeah, shots that I took outside off the street where I had my hotel on just to test a few things in the Panorama mode. So that was in San Louise. So here it could also just click on here ones, and you have those highlighted numbers, and then I could just cause us sounds Louise, And that's super easy. Now you also have renamed those $4 into anything you want. OK, but if you want us all a little bit faster, if you don't want to click onto this camera each time and you put your card reader into your easa into your cat reader, or if you don't want to bring your cut into your laptop, then you could also go into your preferences and let me just go here into this main patrons more. And in Adobe Rich CC 2017 you will find a drop down menu once was camera raw preferences and once was preferences. And we will have a look at these preference first until you see in general you have this behavior, and if you want it every time when you bring any cart or any CATT reader into leapt up into your computer or what's ever and you want that all off, those images are immediately stored in adobe camera raw. Then you could just say or Enbridge when a camera is connected. Lounge adobe photo downloader Okay, and then you have a few different things here. You could also click on DoubleClick. Edits camera raw settings in bridge. Why not? Then you just double click onto your folder and it will open up. And then you can also click here onto your command, plus click open loop when previewing are reviewing if you want, and then you could also click on that. And yes, and you also have your number of reasons I attempts to display. That's the standard from you. Just 10 and you also see him My favorite items. What I just told you that I have solved favorites here on the side and you see them once more. I've got my computer, my desktop, my pictures, my name and then those documents. So you could also resets this. But this is everything you need to know here in your general preferences. Okay? And if we go now into our food, uh, let's do this one more time. Let me just inject that. All right? And now we want to insert this s d cat once more. Now, immediately. You see that they're my make photo libraries. That's to say something like any. I want to upload those, and it can. But I don't care for this, so I just click guns is And that's a quick please. Then you saw now that immediately when we put in our card our card reader, that now Adobe Bridge immediately opens this photo down low down. And now you don't even have to click onto this little camera symbol anymore. So you could immediately access Now the photo down order. Do the same thing once more. Select your card. Choose the folder where you would like toa gastos those images once more. If you wanted to create sub folders, answer on. You could do this. And now you can just do this without clicking onto anything. You don't even have to go into a bridge immediately. There's been no will pop up and that will know where to store your images. 5. Uploading Advanced Setting: Photo Downloader: So this was the basic functionality off See photo downloader. But if you're interested in seeing the advanced feature that this offers, and we could also have a quick look onto that and for that I just opens this camera here one more time, get photos from camera and I will select the same card ones. More Hunter did Number one, and it takes the tiny moment once more because it's searching for media. Okay, perfect are the media is found. And as I said, I'm using this nominee in this basic motives for me enough because I just want to store those images forever. Let's have a look at the advance dialogue because that could be interesting for you if you don't want to select all those images. So let's say by default you shot with the same as D cut or was the same cut again? Are those that was already in oil chewed on that and maybe you uploaded that old shoot. But now you want to only have those reasons images. Then you could also go in here and antics also that safe. If you go all the way down and you don't want those images here, then you could also just anti exhaust. So that's pretty cool, especially, you know, Then you don't have to wait a short time to upload them. Then you could just take them on individually. Or you could also uncheck all off them on the new coach's duty as a way around Raza's and antic. All of those you could just say, OK, only ones. Those reasons. Images that I just took now and then. That's also on a possibility. And this way you just save a little bit time and don't have to wait that they're all upload . And once more, you can also creates a sub folders here. And we named the fires and all these things that you saw already on the basic version off this photo downloader. And here's just one more area where you could put in some meta data on. For example, you could have a template to uses your basic meta data, but you could also already apply here of meta data and how you can do this. Ever show you later, but he ever examples That's my company's name. Cindy's eye catcher. So I could already use this as my template and then I could say Get media. Oh, if I'm like now that's all too much, let's go back to the standard dialogue then that's also a possibility. 6. Filter Images by Orientation, ISO, F Stop, Aperture: Now that you learn the most important sing on how to get your images actually into bridge let's talk a little bit about the interface and yeah, let's start here on the left side because he in the middle, you know, now these our my forward us with all my images inside. So here, for example, with the double click, I go onto a CR beginner and then I see all those images. And in this folder I have more Ford us like sub folders and you're that's pretty nice to organize. If I don't like a folder like I said, this one that we just created I actually have no need for that because I have all those images already. I can just drags us into this little trash can All I can also go in here with the right mouse click. I can also do things like cats or copy. I can duplicate folders. I can move it to the trash. I can move with somewhere else. I can't can also copies is to somewhere else. And you're all those different possibilities, so that should be pretty easy to understand. You can have your teaser pictures like this one. That's just a J peg. I could have you as a Ross. Are those those Ford us just to organize myself a little bit more? But yeah, let's speak about this left side now. And this, you know, already know I have my favorites here. As I said, I could also changes into Ford us. But for me, Alexis, a little bit. Yeah, more clean and not so clatter out. I find this is a bit irritating. So I just go back to my favorites. And from here, I can go under knees. This area Let me drink this absolute. See it a little bit more. And that's kind of nice, because that's already this kind of organization where I told you about that bridge can do so it splits all those images into different sections. So, for example, it seems that 1/2 year certain fooled us Also, one Jay peak fire, one migrated photo library and these PNG images and therefore off them. So that's already pretty cool in light room. Yeah. Do you have more organization possibilities in the way you have? You would see here already. Are those images that you actually have in your libraries, and that would be thousands and thousands personally. For me, that's not interesting. But I can understand why some people would like that a light room that you see even more off those images. But for me, just as an overview, that's enough esteem afford as my J pick and my PNG. So for me, that's good. And the next thing is that you could also have your keywords, which means you would go into an image and give it a key word. And I will tell you about this later as well. But that's another way how you can split up your images CIA, and then is there you see the date created, and then you could also click obviously on there, like yesterday. I see here these images now also four does that I created. They're not see different images from different dates. And this was also nice way how you could organize those and then even the date modify it. So, for example, if you changed anything, then you could also click on those. Or you can also have look here onto the orientation. So, as I said, let me go here big up. Okay, I just antic all of those things. One small. So you see all off those items that I have here on the first page and that say, Ah, here, for example, if we look at the orientation, it can only find landscapes so once more when I click on that, you see now those images that bridge detected as landscapes and those are obviously the only ones that I have on this main image here on this main panel. But if I would go into the a c ap pickin on, let's go back into my Julia folder, then I have obviously a lot more orientation years, and I could say, OK, please show me only easy ones that I took and landscape. And then I see all of those images, or please show me only the ones and portray. And then I can also organize myself a little bit this way to a lot of photographers who thinks that only light room will give you those catalogues. All these kind off search functions around, because I think here for free tour and the Adobe Bridge, you actually have a lot of things, how you can already specify your images or here. Let's go through this one more time we could to tech now. Okey. Let's do only the landscapes and then retreats. I okay here all those landscape images, then you could say any high eyes. Oh, speed rating doesn't interest me, because and the pictures might be too noisy. So let's have a look. Maybe only at the one shot it 100 125. Then you could go ahead and say Now, I am only interested in those that are shot. Maybe was very yeah, White Apertura like F two r four. And now you can say, Okay, there are not really any more to see. So maybe we have to increases up to F five. Then we see actually 36 off souls that were only in a five. And that's how you can really narrow your search down. So obviously, because we have already all of those ticked, the selection will become smaller and smaller. But yeah, I think this is really nice, because and we can even test all off those focal lengths here. And I'm not exactly sure our shot them so apparently Valls 95 and then that. See this as a number And yeah, I think if you had, like, one specific image in mind where you're like, OK, I remember a shots. This was Aysel 100. It was the landscape and with my Apertura off F two and where whilst you may be looked at your off the back off the camera and you're like yeah, as it was this amazing image. How do I find this now, through all off those hundreds off images that you could have potentially in this folder, Then you can your tail adobe bridge here exactly what you're searching for. Let's go down here once more. You can even say what lens waas that where you shot it with. Here you can see about shooting ones with the 24 1 or five and one was my prime 135 millimeters. And then you can even go into if you had a camera raw or a nun cropped section down here. So I think that's a really fantastic way. How to find images superfast 7. How To Create Collections: In the last tutorial, you learned how you can separate your images by using the filter system here. And that meant that you could look for images with specific keywords or in different orientations like here was landscape or portrait and so on. And in this tutorial, we want to step even a little bit further into this idea how you can find June, these future systems even further, with the help of collections. And in case you don't have any off those buttons. Yes, the filter are the collections button. That's no problem at all. Just go over your menu, appear and then you go on your onto your window, and here you will find a drop down menu, and in case you're fit a panel or your collections planet isn't ticked, then you just click on it. Then you will have to stick here, and this is how you will see them on your left side here by seeing filter and collections. So let's talk about those collections. Why do you really need them? And there are different ways are you actually can indicate to your bridge which images you would like to keep or which images you would like to work on because, let's face it, after shoot, you might have hundreds off images and you don't really want toe work with all off them. So maybe some are so bad that you want to throw them away immediately. But as us, they might be so okay. And then you have the ones that you really, really like and the souls you want to work. And for that you can is a labour them, so you see them faster, like here. For example, you see some images that have three stars and how that's possible. Every show uses later as well how you can label images. And if you labor them here with three stars in your filters, they would also come up here. So first off, all you have here, one that says no rating and that has 95 images, and then you see now three images have this three star rating. So that's obviously one idea that bridge gives. You hear how you can separate those images into images that okey and then some images that you might like better. But you can even step out off this system and say, OK, that's pretty nice to have this rating system. However. I want toe do my own collection here. And first of all you see just is empty panel and you're a Gokey. That's not very interesting. What do I do with that? But if you look here onto the bottom, you see one folder that says New collection and then one folder that says New Smart Collection. And let's create a new collection first by just clicking on this and now I ask you because I had already won, images clicked or one off those images was clicked on and it asked, You know, include selected fights in new collection, and that's obviously no up to you if you didn't impress on it by accident than you can say yes. And in my case, ever just say no for the moment because I just want to create this new collection and let's called us again, Julia. Okay, and this would be enough for my shoes after I if I'm thinking Okey, some off those images I really liked. I don't really want to go through a rating system. I just want to drag some into my collection and create this way some kind off separation to the images over oil. So as you can see now, I've got my filter here. I've got my collections, but nothing is in that because I said just know to this one selected image. So Bridge doesn't quite understand now what's supposed to be in this collection. So I have to go back into my pictures once more and into a C ap Acuna. And that's why I had my folder here was Julia and now it's super easy. You don't have to rate here anything. You could just say OK from this little Loki I could go through. And which images to a really like. Or if you think this is now to smile for you to really judge, you can always just go down to this later and just rexes later to the right. And then the images become bigger. And then you can say, Oh, okay. This is a cool image. Adjust Rexes in here. Maybe I want to work with this emerge and you see that you don't actually change those images. It's not that you actually dragsholm somewhere, and that's I disappear in bridge. So in your folder in your a C a beginner and Julia folder. Everything stays the same. So it's not like by accident that you can delete her anything or something like that, but just goes through them and say, Maybe I want to work with this much And then maybe even further. Let's say we also like this emerge and this is how you can create such a collection. So I think this is pretty cool. So and here now wants more. Obviously you're back in your folder. You will see now all of those filter items once more. But now you also go into collection. And then you have Julia as your collection. And if we just opened this now you see all those images that we just direct into this collection. So I think that's a pretty cool idea from bridges. Well, how you can Yeah, not only for your images, but also how you can collect those. And now you probably want to know years. So that was just the new collection. But what's now the difference to this mad collection 8. How To Create Smart Collections: So let's click on that. Okay? And now the smart collection is, as the name says, it wants to be smart. So first of all, you have to tell where it should look in. And it shouldn't look in any off my own folders or documents that should obviously look into pictures until you can say now. Okay, I want to collect something with some meta data. And here you can see Yuki, what kindof meta data. You can create something with date created datemodified filed size and so on. Or you can also go into rating, for example. So if we would choose, knows this rating criteria and in pictures now we have to say, OK, what kind of rating we want, like an equal not does not equal is less, is less than or equal to or is greater than. So let's say we want something that is greater. Then for example, three staff on let's say, two stars, for example. Now we have this kind off, yes, mark collection, where we can once more fit our images into anything that is greater than two stars, and we will only see it if any criteria mets this criteria appear and then we can also the finders even more into include oil sub folders and even into include non indexed fires. However, Bridge warns us that this might be then very slow. So you are Search will be probably more defined. However, it will also take a longer time. Therefore, I will not click onto this right now. I will just go on to save and now see what bridges doing here? So it literally went through all off my fire that I have in all off those folders and looked through all those images and it sees no all those stars and if that's not smart than I don't know what ISS So that's definitely a fantastic thing here in bridge that it looked through all those features and I have a lot off images where just had to go through. And now it found everything that has more than two stars. But obviously, for this you have to work already a little bit, Yeah, pris eyes that once you have one folder open that you really goes through all off those ratings. And as I said, I will show you. However, do this later. But yeah, just to give you another option. How you could create such a smart collection. And as you have seen, we can open the say one more time. If you wanted to create something else, then if you didn't like the rating for interior, you could also look here once more into like a specific date when you created your file or many modify its is. And now my laptop. It's really loud because, as you can imagine, that just took a lot of processing to go through. All off those folders for this rating, and you're like I said, You can even go here through your exposure mode through eyes. Oh, and that's also how you could create and from those filters, a new collection. However, that's not what we just. It was our Julia collection, where you go into a fool and you just ragged in here. It's more awful, kind off, like a specific criteria like let's say you went somewhere and you only gave it like forced us, and you could go here in, say, I want the rating that is greater than three East us. Then obviously you would get your false tells as your criteria and then you could use is if you wanted to create a calendar from a specific destination or something like that. Then this is also nice way how you don't have to go through every single four does that you ever created. But you could just creates a smart collection and then bridge. We do this job for you and will search through all off those foreigners. 9. Smart Collections Super Specific: and because I said, It's mild. I want to go even one step further and show you even more options that you would have with the smart collection. So let's click on here one more time. New smart collection and once more I just go here into my pictures. And before we had some rating, right? So let's go back to rating. Where did it go? There it ISS rating. And here we can say, Now let's say now equals and then we choose once more. Rating. Let's say those three stars and not only can reach use this as a critic area. We can even open this feared up and say now, even more criterias. So underneath rating we could say no. For example, maybe the fire name and maybe that should contain a text or you can also say should not contain or starts with and so on. But let's say we want now a fire name and let's say again, this is our fire name Julia, and then that See what bridge does now. So let's go on to safe. And now we have the same collection as before, pretty much because it's their kind off this three star rating. And now let's go all the way down and data Now Bridge even found those fired that not only have three star rating, but also those that says Julia. And that's Visa in the fire name or in the folder name. So that's another option for you. How you can spit. Specify those me are those collections even further. Or let's say you don't want that. Now let's say you only want to create this collection with Julia in your smart collection. So if you don't want that and you just click here onto this item, that's your trash can and that says Delete collection. Once I click on that, it will ask me, Are you sure you want to remove the collection from the new smart collection from the bridge collections list? And then you can say, obviously here yes or no? And you could even tell Bridge don't shows us again because you're pretty sure that once you clicked on that, that you want to deletes us. So in our case, I want to delete this so I say Yes, please delete this collection and let's do it one more time. Let's click onto the new smart collection. And this time we don't want. Like I said, you can create Yes, many as you want. You can be so specific in the smart collection. But this time I don't want any off source. I will ghost write straight ahead in hands, a fire name and once more, I would say contains Or you can also say he e quits. But every just a year was contains and once more I just want my fire name Julia and then I go on safe and let's see what photo shop does now our bridge to be precise and once no more It's It's so fast. I'm like, Whoa! Ah, if you imagine you had to go through all off those folders now, toe, find something with the fire name. I'm sure that would take forever. But here you could not only search for those items you immediately have this new smart collection. And obviously you could gives us now also a name, so you could cause us now truly, Uh, that's called it's math collection and then just press in here and now you have another smart collection up here, and I think this is so clever because, yeah, that would take such a long time to filter through. All off those folders in here would have to go in here. I have here best off. Then I would have to see. Which year did I take that? I think it was 2017. Then I have to go and toe fortune teller. And then maybe somewhere here I find my Julia Florida. And I think it's just so much easier if bridge can do the smart collection for me and can go through all of those images and not only goes through those images but even gives me then this as a collection. 10. Search Functions: Let's have a look no onto the right side off our bridge and all those functions that you can find here. So, first off all you have another search function on this little loop item, and a few clicks is open. You have even different options and this drop down menu and the funny thing Waas that when they changed the last version, all of a sudden they included this search adobe stock. And when it's on here by default and that might happen to you also, if you open bridge for the first time and then you would put in here anything like I put in here Bird, for example, because I know I have some wired life images with birds on them. And if you press now on to return, then that brings you onto the website off adobe stock, which doesn't work right now because I have no access to the Internet. However, that's where Adobe would bring you. So don't be confused like that if all of a sudden it goes away from your bridge onto the online website. So just in case you're super confused like I was when I did this the first time because for years and years I would use the search function and it would be by default in my spot land search on the computer. Then, yeah, just changed this year. So we have a different option, as you can see. So one off. Samos now office. He's a search adobe stuck. If you ever wanted to search for Adobe stocks and this is your chance now, however, personally, I'm thinking, Why would I do this from Bridge? I'm not quite sure. Why wouldn't I just google for it? But yeah, so you have. So it's different options here, So oneness like a set is the spotlight search on your computer. So let's test this. Know if I would just search now for any images containing births, then I would get them all here in your the similar idea house, a smart collection worked. That bridge looks through I my folders and comes up now with the search results. And that's pretty cool because it understands all of those names here, like even he had says, humming bird or birds. So it just looks for anything that includes those letters. However, let's go back to our pictures once more into our Julia filter. And obviously, if you want to stay specifically in this folder now, this wouldn't obviously not work in the spotlight. Search computer Because, as I said, bridge looks now through all your folders that you have in your pictures. Favorite. So here, for example, if you only wanted to look into the fold off Julia, then you would have to look here into the spotlight search for current Florida, and now anything in this folder would be addressed. So if you press the enter button once more, you will see that there are no items to display. And that's obviously because, in my key words were in my folder, because it's a human person and I don't have anything here that's called birth. So that's kind off a cool idea once more how you can search for items in bridge but just searching here for different functions. And like I said, you can go here into the bridge. Search into the current Ford as a spotlight. The spotlight search current Florida are the spotlight search on computer, which will look through everything. And even if you wanted to search for anything online, you can do this year as well 11. Overview of Workspaces: Let's have a look now until those as our functions. And if you don't want any off your results anymore, you can also just clear reason. Search menu. And then it's reset to how it was in the beginning. So those spaces appears. The a C A overviews. That's just a workspace that I called a CIA over you. That's not something you will see you, heh Feuz essentially the filmstrip and the meta data. And I would talk to you later about how you can also arrange your own workspace it super easy. But for now, just don't be irritated that this is a CIA overview. That's just how I called this workspace. And yeah, if you are wondering what those other items are here, then we can also click on here. So that's probably the first. Yeah, backspace that you would see. That's the essentials. And that's also fine. You don't have to create your own workspace, but if you want to do anything more specific, for example, if you're missing here those food and collections and you're interested in those, then you can create your own workspace where they would be always available, for example. But you can also just work here on those essentials. The next one would be our filmstrip. Then you just have a different arrangement here on how you see those images. Then you have the opportunity here to click onto one, and then you have this really big and by the way, all off those fields and not fixed in stone. So you can always make them bigger or smaller if that's better for you to see anything. So here we can also just rexes down than the stop image becomes even bigger. Or if you want to see those images on the needs, Biggers and we can also puts us up. So that's pretty nice as well. Super flexible. Then you don't have always have to go over this lighter, which you could obviously do here as well. But you could also just drag, hear anything. It's pretty intuitive that you could just drag it, and then it's in the size where you want to see it. So that's pretty cool as well. And let's go to the next one here into the meta data, and here you would just see another list off the same images once more. However, here it's not really about the viewing functionality. It's more about the idea that you have now all your meta data on your like in one place and you see, here's you date created the size the type of camera you were using once more you could see now if any off those images had a rating or labor, then once Marcel's keywords that you could define like, for example, if there wasn't anything was a Cuba birds, you would see this also down here or any other keywords. If I wanted to cause us no portrayed or fashion or something like that, then you would have us all down here. You see the date where it was modified, so that mansions and if you wanted to see even more, you can just grow here down. And then there would be even the resolution, the color profile and so on. So that's pretty practical. In case you need some overview off your meta data as and you will find this year. And then if we go on to this one here, it was little error that points down. Then you have your more options once more so you can even reset your workspace. So in case if I wouldn't want the a c R overview that I created, the narco just reads resets this workspace. Like I said, I can also create a new workspace. I can delete a workspace and you know, just once more you can also scroll down here to flip to any off those works basis once more . So if we wanted to go from this meta data feared back into our essentials, we just press on here and then we're back in our essentials workspace. 12. Viewing Thumbnails: There are a few more workspaces hidden in this area here, And how can you exercise that? It's probably bit confusing, but it's easy once you know what? You just have to drag here. This what is that? An error or screw of something At this item, you just drag it to the left and then you will see even more folders that you have down here. So I think if you can even drag it all the way to the left if you prefer that it's more in the middle. But for me, I just keep it here more to the right. And yes, we said here you could see you a meta data. Here you will have even a list. Now is all those keywords which would be interesting if they are actually keep what's hidden and all of those pictures in the meta data. But here's obviously nothing, because it didn't create any off souls so we can jump to the preview. So once more you will see now the images kindof like in the filmstrip where your head's underneath here you could also just have it on the side. And that just depends on you and what kind off preview you prefer here if you like it as the essentials of firm strip or yeah, as it sat here as the preview. So that's also an opportunity for you to change his overall interface. And you can even have sex at your light table. So if we just switch under here now, all off those panels, left and right are gone. And this way you just have even more space how you can see all those images at once. And that's especially practical if you wanted to review them or labors. And now so that's pretty cool as well. And then here and this last function you have so Ford us. And as I said, you have to see a once more on the left side. So then you get a little bit more this light room, look where you would also see Here's was forward us underneath. But as I said, For me personally, that's just a little bit cluttered. I always just like to go back into my pictures and choose those foreigners from here. However, if you already used to the overall look off light room, then you could also just change those Yeah, into those forward us down here and then it super easy to find anything this way. But as I said, I would just go back here into my Julia Fordham ones more. And then I just go back here into my a c R overview. And that's how we started. So if we look underneath those workspaces or view modes, then you have here two options. How you can actually see those some nails. And this left, Yeah, but said like this little pay per view here says Browse quickly by preferring embedded images. And this is how you can create those embed it'd images. So the moment you click onto here, it will just go onto this option. Prefer embedded images because it's faster. And obviously that's pretty cool, especially if you just uploaded all those images and you want to see them immediately. Then I would recommend that you click here on to prefer embed it'd faster, and then it's just as it says faster. If you go onto any off those here, high quality on the men's always high quality, then that's also practical in the way that you see immediately the sharpness off the images and so on. Because if you're just in this prefer embedded, then it could be that the moment you open those images that just a little bit on Shap and then bridge just takes a few seconds to sharpen them. And that could be irritating because you might be like, Oh my gosh, there are out of focus. What did I do? But then you just wait a few seconds and then they're kind off, better quality. And yeah, that's, as I said, the fastest way to views those images. However, it can also be a bit confusing if you don't see the for quality right away. And therefore you have. Here's this option how you can either change this high quality on the mend. Always high quality. Or you can even have this generate 100% previews. Lexus Complete quality. Also, Bridge has in a little warning box and saying that this is possible but that it just the option uses more disk space and initial processing time browsing new images. So it's just a little warning box that this will be probably the slowest off all those qualities. However, it's possible to generate also this 100% quality, and the moment you click onto this boxy once more, then this will be completely reset. And once again it's in back onto this prefer embedded because it's just faster. So just that you don't want that bouts us because even if you go here, that's a on always high quality. But the moment you click back onto this feud, it just goes back onto preferring embedded images. And if you click on here once more, then it's jumped back to prefer embedded it faster. And that can be just very confusing if you click here by accident and then it's jumped back to this. Yeah, what bridge considered is the best option. Just because it's faster, however, you could be like, Oh, gosh, this is again not 100% off the quality that you see here. But that's just regarding your some nails. It's literally just what you can see here, and it has nothing to do with the images itself. So don't worry if they look a little bit out of focused the moment If you just press onto this image and you would open it up, it just might take 2 to 3 seconds, and then it will be completely shop. So don't worry about that 13. Sorting Images by Filename: the next functions are once more in regards off how you can filter or search for different items, and it's regarding the star system. So if there is any time when you're not quite sure what all off those little symbols mean you can just hover over them and sometimes its fast and as a time to take the longer But once more if you just hover, here's and it says filter items by rating. So as we said, you can just fit her them. And if we would go in here and say No, there were some off those three stars or more than you can just click on here. And then you just have a different filter system once more hidden underneath those areas here on the right side. Um, if you just go back here to your fitters and that's back to the original view, and then we could also sort through them by this area where you can once more maps a little arrow and then we just have those opportunities here, or possibilities how you can sort through the images by fire name type, date created and so on, and that's a little bit up to you so normally, if I would just have some just opened, obviously for the first time, then they're just by default. You are sorted by date created because and they're just like one after the other. However, if I wanted to organize them now in a different way, then you could also Troussier manually or even by fire names. Well, let me just show you quickly what I mean. Was that so let's say I want to have them in a specific way where I'm saying okey and no up here. I want to make them a little bit. Maybe to show the client not all off them house ever shot, but maybe a one to say. I want one dresses, black background, maybe. Then I want to go on to this one and just change this into this picture, right? Next word that I can now shows the Klein also house. The image looks with this blue background. Then maybe one was a client is lying down on this plank ERT, and then we could scroll down you even more. But let me actually makes us a bit smaller, so I don't have toe screws so much. Maybe that's a bit easier this way. Then I could say OK, I want to show the client one with this funky orange effect and then maybe one down here was this blue effect. So now I had also the possibility here to sort this manually. You see this now, so it manually and then it's just if opens us up. Now it's this black ones blue ones blanket this orange effect and then I have this kindof rainy effect, and then it's back to the ones house of a shot one after the other. So that's pretty cool as well. You can just sort through them manually. But the problem is, now is a moment. If you would just switch this back into, like, date created, for example, then this man, you A selection is completely gone. If you wanted to somehow avoid that, if you thought I always wanted to show No, this client, those few images now you're has a sorting completely disappeared. Then it's better to actually names those fires, and you can also do this. Let's do this one more time, and that's OK beyond one. Off these blue images, the blanket emerge. The orange Effect and then maybe one off those with this rain effect. And now let's not click anywhere appear because, as we said, an hour sorting would be disappeared. We can name those imagines. So let's say we just go on here with command or control and just select all off sores. And then we just go into our into our two words. And here we can really name a complete bitch. Even we can also just read names them by just clicking into them. But it's easier if we already selected those that reduces as a batch. So we just click on here and here we could say, That's our model Julia, And then you had don't even needs us. Um, this kindof row up here so I can just delete this effect, like on minus. And here, I want to say, is a second number, starting with one and two digits. It's enough that is just in regard on how many images you select here. So obviously, if you select a few hundreds and two digits, it's not enough, and you need here at least three digits. But because I just selected five or what, then two digits? That's fine And you know, what else can you do here? I always have the compatibility that also somebody, If I would now, Princess, if I would Yeah, presses onto a disk and somebody was Windows leapt up or computer would opens us that they could also see those images. Mac off course, because I'm using a Mac. And I could even click here on UNIX, but I didn't have any customer or models that would need this. So I just have. Here's a comfortable ity for Windows and Mac, and then you are You can even go on to year preserve current find name in ex MP matter data . Personally, I have no use cases that just leave it like this. And you can also change your you afford a. But for me, I just want to stay in the same food also. Therefore, I don't change anything up here. I literally just go into into text year. Then I just call it my name like Julia in my regards, because it's the name off the model. And then the sequence number starting was one. And then I just click on to rename and now you see that automatically bridge changed now those names into Julia or one Giulio to Giulio three and so on. And that's now a little bit safer, because if I would click now, anything here on this sort Manoli's and these will always stick together. So even if I go on to the date created, then obviously the oil kind off mixed once more. But the moment I go on to fire name, then I see them once more that there together. So this is a little bit safer, Option Rather's and sorting them manually. And then I might have left this program or changed anything's and there would be all mixed and mingled the moment I renamed them. And if I go back onto fire name, then I will always see those together. 14. Creating Folder to Sort Your Images: The next function is that you can also go onto the ascending order. So if you click on year now, it's just the opposite way around. Now have once more those named filed up here. But as you can see, then always 543 You toe one because the order changed around. And if I click once more now they are back at the end was 12345 So that's another option. How you can just go through images. If you wanted to see, actually is images that you shot last, then you can also go through here or if you want them and the original, um, sort ings and you just click on here and now, is there? Yeah, once more how you started out with them and then those images are last. And if we click onto this open folder, as you can see, these are just my open reason fired. Then I see he all those images where did some kind off adjustment, And that can be also practical in case that you did some adjustments and then you're like I wanted to do something else with those images. And rather than searching through all. You afford us to find those images once more. You can just click here onto your folder with those reasons, images and dry things. This is pretty clever as well. So the next fuller appear. That is just your new Florida. So if we click onto that, just has created New Florida, and now it's literally clicked on there where I just had my caza. So that's why I have no this new Florida and I can just drags us here at the end of her wand. And I really like to create different folders in my subject year for Let's Say, I have some images that I think my best images and then I have those other images. So, for example, those images that are name now it was truly a 12345 I could just click on them once more was command or control and just select those. And then I can drag them all into my new fouda. And now I could just call this best off or something like that. But obviously not with the tablet click just clicking one time in here, and then it just takes a two or three seconds and say, Is this asylum lighted? And now I could just call this best off Julia And then I could even create one more folder and let's say this ascendancy the rest off those images. And then I just called us. Maybe Julia Oil or something like that. Anything. Obviously that makes sense to you. Now. I just switch them around, and I don't have to obviously collect them now. Individually, it can also just click you onto the last image and with shift, I click onto the first image, and now all of those images are selected, and I would just wreck them into Julia Oil. And this is another way how I sort through my images because, as we said, you have now learned so many options with collections and with those mad collections, you how you can sorts rhythm, how you can labour them and so on. But sometimes for me, that's just in the easiest way. So if I go back into the a c Ap Acuna into Julia now it's the immediately to fold us oneness with Julia Oil, and then I also have the folder off Best off Julia. And if I don't like any off those, I can always go onto this trash can and delete those for us 15. Create Metadata to Protect Your Images: as in photo shop. You also have n bridge. The possibility to create the same resides in different ways, and if you don't want to go here over this area where you have so symbols to create a new folder, then you can also click into the area with your right mouse. Click until you also can create a new folder. Like I said, you can scroll down he even further. You could also sought your images year You could reveal and find that you could add to favorites. But as I said, if you just wanted to create a new folder and you find this faster with your right mouse takes and going over those symbols, then you could also just click on here once more. It's already highlighted, and then you can create a new food as this way. But let's delete this for now. And as I said, I just click on him. Then I click on the stress can appear the lead item. Are you sure you want to move untitled folder to the trash and then I just say OK, and now this Florida is gone and let's have a look now onto this area down here. So once more, we're here in this preview section, and I have systems the possibility that I can change this image size. So if I don't want the so big and that just want to see here my meta data, then I can go here up and down to that. Obviously, once more depends on your preferred choice. How you want to preview here anything. And let's ever look at this this way. Maybe first of all, you have to actually click into anything. So if you're just here in this great space, for example, on if I just go back here onto my picture if I ever opened this for the first time, all off those areas will be completely empty. Because if you're not really on any item, then obviously bridge can detect what kind of meta data you want to see. So let's go back into our A c a beginner into the Julia folder. And let's just go here into the best off Julia, for example. And if you just click onto this first image the moment you click on it, you will see all of those meta data us. And once more you have your different taps. And again, if you don't see them, you just have to go into a window and then you can collect those traps. And here I see the matter data. And as I said, those keywords. So let's have a quick look through those meta data is and let me just Brexit on, even furthers and you really see what's going on here. So as we said, first off all I see here this image and that's the same images, obviously where clicked on then, in this first catalogue here or this first area, you see how the image was taken. You can see that it was with an f off to. Then you can see how the EV L, a tive meter reading waas and that I shall shots is was 1 125 off a second my eyes or 160. It sees the size off this image and that it was in RGB and obviously the dimension off the image as well, Then if you scroll down and let me closer, So it's not so confusing for you, and you have you all those different meta data options. So you have your file properties? The I P T c cause the i PTC extension the camera datum the GPS if you true. So you have audio functions, video functions. I had dycom d I c o m functions and the mobile SWF function. Sorry if I said any off those wrong but I'm not using salsa. I'm on using those appear and yeah, let's open them No one by one So I can get you a little bit through those. And Yeah, Like I said, I'm not using all off those. However, there are some interesting areas where you could bring into your own functions. If you want to toe, make sure that if anybody would open this image that they could see your meta data in regards to your copyright, for example. But I would talk to you about this in a second. First of all, you see these fire properties and that's now with our new fire name because we call it is Julia or one. The CR two is obviously that it indicates that this was shot in raw and it's not converted at the moment. So if this would be now a J pegs and Obviously the fine name would change from raw into Jay Pek. But you see this also down here that this is a camera raw image. Then once more you see the date created. If that was right on my camera, I think so. Then you even see the time when it was created. And also, when I modify it is fire. Then once more the file. So it's pretty much the same. But you also see appear once more. You can also see this in your five properties. So let's close this down and then we open up the next area. And this is the one that our men that's a little bit more interesting for you. Because here you can change. Now all of those items that yeah, first off, all might be interesting for your customer, in case you give some out digitally. And if they opened them up in a program than they receive that, um, yeah, who was the creator? And if it's copyrighted or not. So first off, all it will always bring your customer back to you in case I don't remember your name or something like that. But also its indicated you can't sell those images when the copyrighted, so it also protects your data. Therefore, it's pretty important that you bring in your own name here. Or is that you could change? No. Here, for example, this copyright status from unknown. And then if you just click on you and then you could change it from unknown to copyrighted , for example. And yeah, like I said, this way you can protect your images and you see here now where it says, Creator, there's this little pen local right next to it. And if you click this open, you can bring in your name, for example. So in my case, my pen name of Sandy do you makes it a little bit easier for people to find me. So I just click on here and then I just go into this next section I can create No, I can write in my job title in my address, the city and so on. And if we go down here even further than you have your phone number that you could type in here, your email, your website, that's something that also sometimes do. Oops, not headline into the website. I could say no, my company's name as Sandy's eye catcher. And then I just click on to the next line and so on. Like I said here, you could also bring on into these keywords. And like we said, Let's call this Maybe portray then we could called is also Julia. Then we can say this is maybe fashion related and also because this is kind off a fantasy style I can call the fantasy and maybe even cosplay because it's the skin off princess. Just mint costume. So something like that, obviously, anything that makes sense to you and this way you, as you've just seen, how many options we have to search for an image, you could also search now for those keywords, so that's kind off more for you. The other stuff is more for the client, and it depends now how much you want to fill out here so you could write even more like this description. Writer. You can change the state created If you maybe don't want that the client seizes. You can probably also delete this. Let's see if we can just takes us out. Yeah, for example, if that's not really anybody's business, you can change that into anything else. Then once more, you have those properties down here with the supplications, the city, the state province and even the drop identifier. Like I said, all those things I'm not really feeling for me. It's more like Okies is copyright notice. And to copyrights. Data's might be more interesting and especially the rights usage term. And that's for people who give out images on like a digital gallery. So obviously, if you print those images, you don't have to use those matter Data's at all. Then it's just for you if you want to use it as a search function. But the moment you give out any images online or yeah, like on the CD or something digital, then you want to define those usage rights and for me and normally, say then for personal use only. And this way you can just protect yourself and that nobody can steal or set of your images . 16. Metadata For Your Client Release Forms: the moment you are happy was also things that you entered into your fields. Here you can click onto this little tick box down there, and then this will apply all off. So those things that you just entered and if he would now go into our bridge, let's see here once more the bridge search with the current Florida And if we would type and now one off those keywords and we call it now portray, for example, and you press enter. Now, you see that immediately it went through this. I mean, it wasn't obviously a lot to do now because there were only five images, but yeah, Now you see, that bridge knew that we had this key, but which retired as portray. And immediately you see this now that you can once more fit and your keywords as well Or as we said, you could also bring in Judea fashion fantasy or cosplay. So once more you have here on amazing search function, Enbridge. But yeah, let's go down and a little bit more. If there's anything else you would like to feel in here, then we could go into the eye PTC extension and that's also pretty cool, because here you can even put in any information about the client or the modern. So here this is now that you can create the avenge. Or you could say any additional model in fours, a model age. Then, if you had, like, a minor model, disclosure the model release status. If you just click on here, you can say that there waas non not applicable unlimited model releases or like a limited model release form. And that's especially important if you are working with models or clients where you want to use those images, maybe for some kind off marketing purposes, and it's always good to have a modern release. And that's obviously awesome, because now you can even bring this into your meta data. And if you would want to search any day if using our did 1/2 a model release for this client off us, this model, then you could just look into your meta data and then you would seize us. So this is pretty cool as well, and then you can bring in all, obviously all those different items down here. There's even one for property release datas and so on. so anything you want to fill in here, you can. I think this is pretty cool once more to organize all off your meta data. Then on the next section, you can feel in your camera data that you see year so you can change. Here's a date or this kind of time and you talk to the image. And that's probably also interesting in case it wasn't the right time on camera. Because not everybody has always the correct time on the camera display. And you see of these different items how you took the emerge with E, um, focal length, for example, the lens that you use the Apertura and so on, and especially the model off your camera. And that might be interesting if you upload those images into any social media's where you're like, Oh, key, this is my image. And then maybe people ask Ah, this is so cool. How did you take it? And then you can say that was my camera. That was my lens. And that was even my Apertura value, for example, because maybe, especially with images that are a few years old, you probably won't always remember all those meta data and years just one more time how you could find those camera data. And that's just closest down just once more that were not so confused here. And then I just go into the next section. So we talked about the the properties because the extension and the camera data and here now those functions that are a little bit optional. So here you could even bring in your GPS with latitude, longitude and altitude. Then the next one is regarding your audio. If there is anything related to this, then the video functionality in case you have any kind of video segments in here, then you can give it the tape, tape, name and so on, or the scenes shot take. Then the next section would be the head. They come dycom d I c o m. Depending on how our SAGES, then you have all those different things here. If it's regarding your the patient name the patient I d is a referring physician, and so on, Obviously nothing that I use as a photographer. I don't deal with patients, and then the next one would be the mobile SWF regarding the content types of storage, the background. Alfa and Forward look once more that are not using as a photographer, but definitely those first few, especially if you want to search for any off those datas or if you want to create anything where you can bring in your own name. So that is as the client finds you, or that you can protect your images. 17. Keywords and Metadata Template: There are two more options. How you can create those keywords. See one here. You just always a matter data. However, you saw this and as a button that you could click on called keywords. And here you will find already some Yeah, default options that are given by bridge was events like birthday graduation, wedding. Then you have those people here. I don't know how they came up with set. Then there are places. And then you see also those keywords that we just created with cosplay and fantasy and so on. If you wanted to create no more keywords in this as a key words sap category, then you just click you on this little item that has those lines and this downwards arrow. And if you click on here, you could create a new sub keyword, and then you could say, maybe you want more Cuba that have something to do. This Donna was maybe fashion, uh, oops. Fashion photography. That might be interesting If you wanted to give this a key word. I don't know, maybe even one was, Let's go here once more and it's just stays sub Keep what might be woman if that would be interesting for you as well. And now you created those as I keep what's here as well. If you wanted to great more, you could also just clicking onto this plus sign. Then you also have you a new area where you could bring in more keywords. Or, as I said, you can also clip plexus the open with nooky with new sub key. But you can also rename them did lead them, expand, collapse or finds and remove keywords. So that's another option. How you can create those keywords and the interesting factors that you could not all only brings us now onto one much. You could also collect those here, for example, and then you could say, I want that all off. Those are now fashion photography related, and if you click on this year, then you will just have this little tick box. And now it all off. Those have sticked with fashion photography, so that's one area how you can also create those keyboards or apply those keyboards onto those images. But there's one even better version, and this one you will find in your menu ba on the two words, because here you can create a will meta data template. So if we wanted to create your one more, something was maybe this year fashion photography that's cause is now a c ah, begin. Ah, fashion photography. Obviously, anything that makes sense to you, then you can also create one here, and that's especially interesting. If you are uploading anything, toe a stock library where they always need all those keywords. Then you could just create different items here. Maybe if you wanted to upload anything with wide life, it's and your keywords could be here. Nature, maybe the name off the animals and wildlife and so on. Then these meta data items they would be dragged into the stock library, and then you don't have two types them all individually. This is pretty cool because and you can append this template to all those images. Upload them and you only have to type in these keywords ones and not once year and then once in the stock library because normally they can grab those meta data and yeah, then you can also feel in here obviously all those things that you think that might be interesting. Easier for the client to stock library or for yourself, and you could just bring in my name ones more. And let's stay here now with this kindof fashion photography's. And I could say, obviously is a job title. If I had some here. I'm just obviously the photographer. Maybe you're working with the teams, and this could be also not only the photographer, but maybe the editor are the stylist or makeup artist, or with whom you might work here, which might be interesting for this kind of create a drop title. Then you can bring in the country the phone, as we said and she is these keywords and your Why don't we just say this is now fashion photography? But then also we could say fashion, maybe model. And what else would it be? Maybe design something nexus, and if we go down, then let's see what else would be interesting for us. I think this description writer and all of this is not interesting. But as I said, I would definitely change here my unknown copyright to copyright it once more for person. Ah, use only that use only now it's no all right, this big, okay? And I think that's probably it for now, then obviously, if you would work in, I was a model. You could check now this box where you want to say that this has a model release and so on . But for now, I will just keep it with those values and they just say, safe. And if he would now want to attach this and let's say we want to brings us Ah, let's bring it onto a new images so that you're not confused with the meta data that you see there already. Let's go back into the first Julia Fordham, And let's say we wanted to bring all off this meta data onto this image. Now we just have to go into our tools, and we could also know edit this metadata template that we just created. But now I want to a Pence's. So he is the one that we just created a CR begin, a fashion photography and let's click on that and it takes like, two seconds also. And now you see that they are all in my eye PTC core and you can see the creator that I'm the photographer. Then you see those keywords and also down here that it's copyrighted and for personal use only. And this is super practical, er, because now we just applied to sources one image. But we could also collect all off those images together. And then you don't have to write this in your individually. Every time again, you just go over toe into the pen meta data into the one that you just created. And then it just takes a few seconds once more. And then you just click onto one image here, and then you see that all off those datas a flight.
