Your first task is to be aware that there are going to be obstacles. You can't expect something as difficult as being successful to happen easily. Recognizing that challenges prepares you mentally and emotionally for the journey ahead. Why awareness is critical, prepares your mindset. Knowing that obstacles are part of the process helps you maintain a positive and resilient mindset. Reduces shock. Being prepared for difficulties, reduces the shock and frustration that they occur.
