1. Intro: Welcome to this class. My name is Lisa, and I am passionate about whole vegan foods. Since I concluded a microbiotic culinary course in 2012, I went from psychologists to cook and I no longer stopped all the work you find here is the result of years of practice in conjunction with Russia editors skills, who is the one behind the camera? In this class, you will find for raw vegan gluten-free fruit meals. I will be guiding you through all the process, giving you all the details you need to know to carry on we did. In the end, you'll be able to make apple strawberry meal, banana fig meal, banana peach meal, and pineapple berries meal. And also accept the challenge of taking your creativity to the next level. Now is the time, and together we will succeed. Let's do it. 2. Apple Strawberry Meal: Let's make apple strawberry meal. This one has the freshness and the sweetness of the fluids and the bitterness of the salary. It's yummy. Black site. For the ingredients of the base. We will need for apples. For the ingredients of the cream topping, we will need three apples, half of a bowl of strawberries, and the handful of mint and salary leaves. For the topping ingredients, we will need half of a ball of strawberries and fresh mint leafs. We start by cutting the ingredients of the base, which are the four apples. In case the fruit is not organic, you can peel them. We can't all of them in slices and we put them on a plate. Now, because this may oxidate, I put a little bit of lemon juice, but this is completely optional, and that's why I didn't include it on the ingredients. Once we are done, we will start making cream topping. So we cut the apples and we put them inside of a blender, along with the rest of the ingredients, the strawberries and the leafs. Now we blend everything very, very well until we have a creamy texture. We pour this mixture on top of the apple slices. Now it's time for the topping. So we cut the strawberries in small pieces and we distribute them on top of staff meal. Hi. And we add some mint leafs. This is really, really good, really, really healthy, and it's time to eat it. When I pity. 3. Banana Fig Meal: Let's make banana fig meal. I love this one, especially because it has a chocolate toppings. So I've started for the base ingredients we will need for bananas and 10 fix for the creamy topping ingredients we will need for Pete did dates, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, then tablespoons of water, and one banana. And for the topping ingredients, we will need three cocoa beans. We start by peeling two bananas and smashing them with a fork. Then we peel the other two bananas and we cut them in slices. We now put the slices of banana on top of the banana that was already on the plate. Now we start cutting 10 fixed in slices. I left the appeal on because they are organic. I really loved to eat the pill, but you may feel them if you want. We put all the fixed slices on top of the banana. You may get inspired by the declaration I did, but you can do any other decoration you'd like. Once we are, then it's time to make the creamy topping. So for this one, we put all the ingredients of the creamy topping inside of a blender and we blend everything. So we start by the devs and the cocoa powder, the water, and the banana. We blend everything very, very well until it's really, really creamy. Now it's time to put it on top. So I did it this way. You may do it as you wish. On top, we put three cocoa beans, can't in small pieces. And this will transform all the meal into a marvelous experience. And then ready to eat and with a smile and bon appetit. 4. Banana Peach Meal: Let's make banana peach meal. I can tell you that this one is really my favorite because I love the combination of all the flavors that banana, the peaches, that carob flower, and the backward sprout in yummy lettuce diet. For the base ingredients we will need for bananas. And one tablespoon of carob flower. For the topping ingredients, we will need to peaches, 12 tablespoons of bequeathed sprouts of carob flower, and some fresh leaves. For this meal, we will need to sprout some bucket seats. So we start by sulking some seeds in water for about 24 hours. Then we remove the water and we leave them for about two to three days until they have a little bit of a tail. During this period of time, it's good to put some water on them. Tends train it every time you do this on. Because I really like them dehydrated. I then put them in the dehydrate and I dehydrate them for about 24 hours until they become crunchy. But you don't have to do this. You may just sprout them and add them into the meal. The process of dehydration can be also done at the sun if the climate allows it, of course, to start preparing the meal, we start by cutting the two peaches in, says, I left appeal on because they are organic in this case. Pineapple Berries Meal: Let us make pineapple berries meal. This one, I find it very interesting because of the combination of the flavors of the sweet pineapple with the berries. So let's start. For the ingredients of the meal. We will need half of a sweet pineapple, a small bowl of raspberries, a small bowl of blueberries, a handful of pills, almonds soaked for 12 hours, some parsley leaves and a pinch of cinnamon powder. We start by, so kinda appealed almonds in water for 12 hours. For the meal. We appeal the pineapple and we cut it into cubes. We put all the cubes on a plate and we now blend all the respirator. You can leave them home, but I find it interesting to blend them. It looks like pomegranates. We now add the respirator into the pineapple cubes. And now the rest of the ingredients, the blueberries, the almonds, the parsley leaves, and cinnamon on top. This one is fresh, is nutritious, is delicious. And GI, when I pity. 6. Challenge: I really enjoy giving you this class. Now it's time to put into practice what you've learned. The first task ID view is to make the four recipes while getting familiar with all the preparations, the textures, and the flavors. Once you've done it, you are ready for the next challenge. These consists of creating a new fruit meal recipe based on depth for recipes I presented to you, you are free to make whatever combinations do like. Imagine how many results you can get. You can use grapes, but via Mango, Coconut, walnuts, Kino a sprouts instead of the ingredients are used. Countless possibilities.
