Mai Kang: With the internet at our fingertips, there’s no excuse for launching a product to market without validating the idea with real customers. Thankfully, after watching Mai’s Concept Testing: Testing Products Before Pushing to Market, you no longer have to rely on your friends to tell you how great your ideas are. As the Associate Vice President of Research at a market research software company in Los Angeles, Mai knows a thing or two about conducting research that helps companies understand consumer values, test concepts and grow successfully.

Eva Jobard: Eva knows very well what it feels like to learn UI/UX design from scratch. It look a lot of hard work and dedication for her to become a successful Berlin-based designer conducting user interviews, testing ideas and creating amazing interfaces. After an early career in Art Direction, Events & Artists Management, Eva transitioned to UX design after going back to school. This might be why her class Run your own User Research & Usability Testing - Practical Walkthrough is so clear, well-organised and easy to understand.

Ryan Johnson: As an avid problem-solver, Ryan is passionate about developing solutions simply by bending bits of code to his will. He takes a no-frills approach to teaching in his class React for Beginners: Build an App, and Learn the Fundamentals. With over 15 years of experience developing for startups, multinationals and everything in between, we’re glad to have Ryan onboard to help us level up our coding skills!

Heather Baldock: Having worked with clients in industries as wide ranging as tourism, baseball and refugee resettlement, Heather brings her varied experience to her class Copywriting 101: Crafting Your First Ad Campaign. This award winning copywriter knows how to find advertising success on all platforms: whether she’s writing for television spots, digital ads or her friend’s social media profiles, she always takes her work seriously (unless you tell her a good joke).

Hamza Khan: Hamza is no stranger to teaching marketing and entrepreneurship concepts. From TEDx stages to MBA classrooms and Fortune 500 boardrooms around the world, he’s imparted his vast knowledge and experience to audiences of both high school students and CEOs. He wants to help you communicate who you are and why you matter in a digital world flooded with content competing for attention. His actionable course Do Things, Tell People: The Power of Personal Branding is a must watch for anyone looking to establish or elevate their own brand.
