Hi! My name is Ash Graydon. Nice to meet you. I am a Human Factors and Systems Engineer specializing in UX Research and Search Engine Optimization with 18 years of tech experience. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring UX professionals to help their careers grow, as well as bringing my expertise to small and midsize businesses to help them grow.

I want to respond to a few requests and questions that my viewers and followers often post.

First, many of you have requested that I share more examples and case studies. I would like to do that, and I agree! Majority of my work is protected by NDA. This means I cannot share it on platforms like Skillshare. I used the examples from my agency because I own the legal rights to it and can share it freely with you all.

Second, I was pregnant when my Personas class was filmed and gave birth a few months after launch to a medically fragile baby girl. My daughter is 3 now and doing very well. Looking after the health and well being of my daughter has been a clear priority for the past few years. I have read all your comments and feedback and have tried to keep up with your questions and posts. I hope that soon I can start posting more classes with more examples and case studies.

Third, my husband is a cinematographer. He helped me film this class. I want to give him credit for the amazing audio and video quality. His websites are graydonfilm.com and samgraydon.com.

Fourth, my career has continued to evolve over the last few years. I continue to work full time as a research and analytics program manager in the cloud, and my agency is now called Akorn.Digital. As I mentioned above, as my daughter's health continues to improve, I am hoping that I can shift my agency's focus to teaching and mentoring via Skillshare.
