I have used brush pens for a while but this class really showed me the range that these tools have. I enjoyed exploring the line weights and textures. I ended up using a blue brush pen to create this mesmerizing pattern. For the figurative exercise, I utilized the dry brush technique to draw this adorable secretary bird. I definitely have more to learn and practice with the brush pen, this course was a great first step!
