Really enjoyed Cara’s class, I found it very hard (I’m a beginner) but I just kept practicing and listening to Cara’s direction and eventually got to something I’m pleased with, Cara’s classes are making me see things I didn’t see before, and helping me to loosen up a lot. Thanks Cara x
