So I do a lot of digital painting and have dabbled in watercolor, but I've never really done any acrilic. After getting a big box of acrillic paints for my birthday, I figured I would start! 

Here is my background painting...

Since my paint set has lots of colors I tried combining a couple shades for each section to make it a little richer.

Then I added some cute little sheep in there. I really had fun making the swirlies. 

For my last step I added stars and a moon and finished off the sky with some glitter paint, as well as touching up the edges. I finished pretty late at night without very good lighting so I waited until morning to take these. 

I learned so much!! Thanks for the class. One major mistake that I know I made is that I didn't prep my paper. I was just using an acrylic pad, and It felt like it had a finish on it, but it turns out it got really wrinkly really fast. So next time I will know better.
