I've come to find out that sleep is one of the most important things I can do to nurture my creativity. So first, what I'm going to do my best to do is to implement a before bed routine that I start at least 30 minutes before lights out time. This, coupled with going to bed the same time each night will do a ton to make me more creative.
Second, a nearby day spa has, interestingly enough, a couple of sleep packages. I plan to reward myself with a treatment that includes shoulder, neck and head massage, a tea ritual, and ends with 20 minutes of sleep.
