Hi Neil Thank you so much for you input it is golden!I had an incredible response to my announcement that I will launch this podcast.I have 21 guests booked alread and 15 more who confirmed to be a guest. It is incredible!I will definitely reach out to app developers I love that idea it is fantastic!!I have an idea for the married couple too, very good angle!I also took part on a virtual sleep summir recently and will reach out to some of those presenters.Thank you so much for this amazing course I will keep you posted as soon as you can subscribe on iTunes.Question: i understand that it is better to release 3 episodes at once for iTunes. However, in that case the fans of my first guests won't be able to leave a review straight away and hence forget it?What do you think?Also do you have a tip on making show notes easier?

------&gt; perhaps do an outro at the end of the podcast interview to let listeners know they can leave a review on ITunes

------&gt; When i do my podcast I listen back and make short notes on what we talked about it takes 10-15mins 

------&gt;Show notes can be a bit of a pain. But its worth taking time to do well because you can share the notes on Facebook , Twitter , Linkedin , your website , other websites etc  And its the first thing listeners will see before downloading your podcast on ITUNES, 

------&gt;So no real shortcuts! .- Make them interesting and informative e.g What will listeners get out this podcast , they might not get anywhere else. also add links.

Wow I need really need to listen to this  podcast ! Have problems sleeping because I recently started a new job , moved to London  ,and getting used to a new environment and a new bed (miss my old bed! So definitely not getting enough sleep. Plus as a web developer find it difficult to switch the laptop at night! Excellent promo , clear and concise. nice branding and you have your own domain , which is good for credability. Nice use of images and artwork. Good podcast name and subheadline/prop value prop. Entrepreneurship + Sleep = Nice Niche! - don't think there is any other podcast out there Some Ideas 1. Could interview a married couple who run a business but sleep in different rooms 2, Find a Faceboook fan page on insomnia or  just google  "insomnia websites" find out the top 3 and reach out to them. 3. Use your existing media channels to promote your podcast. I would create a Press release and share it on your channels. 4. See if you existing clients will come on talk about their sleep issues 5. You could  do a review on the latest IPhone and Android sleep apps (this would make good blog post as well!) 6. Or you could interview the creator of these apps , why did they create the apps , did they have problems with their sleep. 7. It would be interesting to hear from night workers , how do they sleep during the day , do they have tips or advice. How does it affect their life hope it all goes well please send link when you go live :) All the best Neil
