Hi everyone, I just launched my first class. Here is an example of a Cakesadilla. This one is inspired by my favorite sandwich, the reuben. In this class I teach how to cook a Pepperoni Pizza Cakesadilla in a pan, a BBQ Chicken Cakesadilla on the grill and a Vegetarian Style in the oven. This makes a 5 layer cakesadila

3/4 pound pastrami

3/4 pound Swiss cheese 

1 cup sauerkraut 

10 tablespoons Russian dressing

10 torilla shells

1/2 stick butter (if cooked in a pan)
