When coming up with my YouTube goals I am coming in as a small YouTuber who does not have monetization and so I am hoping that by the end of the year I might be able to reach the goals of monetization. 

For me that means keeping basic goals. The original requirements for monetization are a given. Then there are a few fun ones that would just be small milestones to motivate me to keep going.
