It's been incredibly insightful and helpful to learn about the different styles of leadership skills that we can have. 

As someone who works in a hybrid environment, I find myself consistently in directionless meetings. This course has given me practical examples of how to make these more efficient, by leading following up on agendas, keeping direction and moving the needle during meetings and also exercising the Documentarian leadership skill by keeping notes and making these shareable/editable with my team. This encourages leadership exercise and practice and showcases these skills to the higher ups.
