Thank you to Tanner Boriack on Unsplash for the awesome photo! I'm still trying to learn my way around Photoshop so I'm not always able to achieve what's in my head. For example, the "glow" around the text I wish would blend into itself. Right now, because it is transparent, it show the layer below it... it doesn't bother me too much because it looks a bit like clouds. BUT I think the addition of the bubbles made a bit of difference... and it was totally on a whim! Fun project!
