Improving the communication skills of college students who aspire to become effective leaders in their future careers, was one of the aims of this project. The project involves designing and implementing a peer feedback system that allows students to give and receive constructive criticism on their leadership styles, behaviors, and outcomes. The project also evaluates the impact of peer feedback on students' self-awareness, confidence, and performance as leaders. The project is conducted in collaboration with a local organization that provides leadership training and mentoring to college students.
