The 1st photo is an older image before the knowledge of lighting. I simply had only used one point lighting with artificial light.

The 2nd image shows a few techniques that I have learned about so far. I have framed my area by showing most of my bedroom. I feel like the corner adds to the space as well as the wall decor on the one side. There is one lamp in the background that acts as my practical lighting. On my left there is an artificial yellow light. On my right I used the natural lighting of the sun through my window. The two lights result in a two-point lighting system. To also add a little bit of a mood, I also added some blue light to make the image more interesting to look at.
