I came from Udemy and made the mistake you talked about, David :-).

My first classes were way too long. Now I try to stick with about 15 minutes and am very curious to see which difference this is going to make :-).

I just started a series on branding. The first part is 13 minutes, the second part is 15 minutes.

I'm aiming to make the other parts the same length.
