Well, this is an oops.  I hated applying the masking fluid through an applicator as it contained bubbles and didn't flow easy.  I used a brush and made the best of it.  I was repositioning my art mat and it unfolded over the wet masking fluid, so I just went with it.  It created a lot of texture in my back ground and I used a white pen to add a little more white outline. LOL!  This is my kind of art....loose and messy, so its a win for me.
