We used bread flour and topped our bagels with "Everything But The Salt" seasoning and Cinnamon Toast Crunch seasoning.

Our food scale was broken, so we had to eyeball most of the measurements.... we're wizards because it still came out so good.

So delicious, a fresh bagel out of the oven is the best I've ever had!
