Hello, I'm Simon. Pianist, Teacher, Streamer and IT Professional.

With over 35 years of playing and teaching behind me, as well as a career in software development, I am now enjoying the restful life in Orkney. With over 15 years in software and a Masters Degree in Piano Performance, I continue to work hard at learning and teaching new skills, both technical and musical.

Since moving to Orkney I have begun live-streaming my piano as well as teaching piano and software online. I still have a strong passion for encouraging personal and professional development in others as well as keeping current with the latest technology.

The above has led me to create SkillShare courses related to the skills that I have developed over the last few decades. Whether it is game development in Unity, filling out a Google Sheet, rearranging my streaming setup or teaching piano you will find a course here to help.
