I thought it would be difficult to paint from something real that I could touch and smell and watch move, but to my surprise it was easier that I expected.

3. What I learned:

I am a person that needs to feel the control of everything also I am always caught in the details when I am painting, this class was really challenging, I had to learn how to let go, the timer was ALWAYS faster than me all the time... hahaha, and for that I did more than 20 studies of shape, value and ink, but like you said they served their purpose, until I beat the 5 minutes with the studies of shape above and I enjoyed every single part of the process, just laying pigment and ink wherever my intuition told me to.

I had to say... I am still seeing a lot of detail in the ink, but I am so exited because I think I made progress.

Your class was beyond my expectations!!

Ohhh my God, watching you being so exited about your studies and your final work was so contagious and inspiring!! Definitely is not going to be the last time I try this technique I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
