Here is my first crack at the door. I have no idea what I am doing. Lol. I had trouble with the the vegetation.

Day 2: Getting to Know Your Brushes. I only have cheap watercolor brushes. I have tons of quality brushes for acrylics and oils but just starter brushes for watercolor.

Day 3: Basic Pressure and Consistency. This is more difficult than it looks: My spacing and pattern got off a few times. I usually paint intuitively and mostly abstract so I haven’t done much of this type of painting. I will keep practicing.

Day 4: Even Stripes. You can definitely tell which ones I did with a hovering hand. The second one is with a smaller brush and seemed to work a little better for me.

Day 5: Flat Brushes and Variation. Not gonna say there were not some issues here but I am pretty happy with this one overall.

Days 6 - 13: Some more of my drills. I did these front and back so not all of them show but you get the idea. Circles are hard. :)
