Hello Dear Cocktail students!

Shooting you a quick note for two reasons:

1) I'm taking requests for additional class topics- what do you want to learn? Specific cocktails, techniques, etc? Please post in the class (or respond to this email if you are able) and I'd love to incorporate the requests into the next class or classes.

2) I just launched a “Community Round” on Wefunder for my business, Cheeky Cocktails and I'd love to offer you the chance to come in as investors! As a refresher, we make Professional-grade cocktail ingredients for the home and bar (I created the product line partly due to my experience teaching cocktail classes!)

I'm putting some more info on the campaign below.

What is a Community Round”?

A Community Round is also called an “Equity Crowdfunding Campaign.” The concept is kind of like Kickstarter, but instead of getting products, you get a little piece of equity in the business.
Equity Crowdfunding allows anyone (not just accredited ultra-wealthy investors) to invest in businesses they love:)

What is the minimum investment?

It varies based on the company raising, but we set the minimum at $100 so it’s accessible to everyone:)

What kind of traction do you have in the business?

Here are some highlights!

We’ve generated $1.2M in revenue on only $20K in marketing spend
We’re sold in 1200 stores in 44 states + France, Germany, Australia, and the UK, including Anthropologie, Home Goods, and more.
We’re first-order-profitable/with a $117 AOV (average order value) for repeat customers
We’re carried at Four and Five-star hotels and resorts including The Standard Highline, The Bellagio, Aria, and more!
