Share a color-focused flat lay in the project section here on Skillshare.

Consider using a theme that fits in one of these color schemes:

Monochromatic, which uses one color only
- Consider one shade or many shades of one color
Duochromatic, which implements two colors
- Complementary colors, ie. yellow and purple
- Colors next to each other in the color wheel, ie. blue and green, pink and purple, etc.
Prismatic, a rainbow of colors fading through the entire color spectrum
Gradient, any fade from one shade or color to another

Utilize the suggestions throughout class for a balanced and well-composed scene and be sure to edit your shot so it looks its best!

Extra Credit: Create a reverse-swipe video clip!

After you've finished photographing your setup, film a quick video "swiping away" all the items out of the shot. Reverse the clip using Snapchat, Premiere, or your favorite video editing software and share! You can attach a video in the project section or you can include it in your stories or a static post on Instagram. These little videos are soooo fun to watch and make the cleanup totally worth it ;)
