I started my journey in the IT industry and software product management 15 years back from being an IT and management consultant and then transitioning to a full-on startup Product Manager and Product Director. I've built products from scratch for different industries - commodities trading, logistics, natural language processing, and e-learning - and also for different markets, from Europe to Asia. I have a Master's Degree in Applied Informatics and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

For this class, you will build your own AI assistant for either work or personal tasks (or both).
Here are the project steps:
- Decide which type of task—content generation, analysis, or feedback—you’d like to automate with generative AI (refer to the Class 7 video and resource file for more details).
- Follow the instructions described in Classes 8–10 to build your PM AI Assistant.
- If you like, share your AI Assistant with the world by following the instructions in Class 11.
- Don't forget to share the project with other students in the class! So, take a screenshot of your GPT's first page and several interactions after you click on the conversation starters and post them under the Project section of the Class. You can also include a link to your GPT if you decide to share it publicly.
