give the present that keeps on giving!

building a raspberry pi3 computer with xmbc installed and you can give your friends and family a media player that works with any television or computer screen that has an HDMI input! :) - very cool! :)

best thing? you can do it for around £50 for the complete setup and if you're really thrifty you might be able to do it cheaper. the best thing is they can replace the booting sd card and use it for other things as well including learning how to build other software, sensors and how to code with this amazing British invention!

in this course...

  • we will look at putting together a raspberry pi 3 media player for £50
  • the software you will need and steps you take to install that software
  • some of the great features of your new media player
  • extending your new media player unit with plugins
  • future proofing your media player for h265 and 4k video

hope you will join me inside as we explore the raspberry pi media player! :)
