About This Class
Rembrandt lightning is a style of lighting commonly used on portrait photography and cinematography. It involves a portrait with one side of the face fully lit and other side of the face with a triangle of light the length of the nose and no wider than the eye. It can confound photographers learning off camera flash and studio portraits. Follow along in these simple, fun lessons as you learn how to create this timeless lighting effect in your images.
