About This Class

In this class, you will learn how to edit photos that are well exposed but due to light, or position, faces of people are in the shadows.

When you take photos, sometimes due to circumstances, people's faces are in the shadow. In travel photos, this may be due to timing, and location of the sun in relation to the landscape.

You may also not have time to set your camera to get the right settings for example in a party.

With this class, you will be able to salvage photos you think were no good because you can't see the faces of people.

This class is Part 2 of a series where you will learn how to use Lightzone.

Part 1 "Introduction To Lightzone Photo Editor - Photo Editing For Absolute Beginners". The topics in the first class go over downloading, installing, and some basic cropping with Lightzone.

Part 3. Create Breath Taking Landscape with LightZone

Skills To A Better Life

Hi there. I trained as a civil engineer, and then went into business. I'm passionate about making things better whether at work, home, or elsewhere eg marketing, tools, processes, software etc.

I also enjoy working with my hands, building things, and tools. I start with what I have on hand, and figure out a way to improve on them.

My motto is "Do the best you can, with what you have, where you are."

My website's tagline is to Build a Better Business but it's really about Creating A Better Life.

Outside of business, I enjoy photography, teaching, and connecting with people. Check out my classes here where I share what I know to help you make things better.
