Chapter 1 : The Law of Vibration

The Law of Vibration means you are connected to the world by feelings. When people speak of the term 'vibration' or 'frequency' (in the subject of the Law of Attraction) it basically means a feeling. 

"I'm vibrating high today." = feeling good

"He's on a very low frequency right now" = feeling bad

It's not science. It's just jargon. Treat it as such.

Still. Take this lesson VERY LITERALLY.

The Law of Vibration is a reflection of how good you feel. 

But think of it THIS WAY : 

YOUR LIFE IS A REFLECTION OF HOW YOU FEEL. PERIOD.

You know this to be true simply through experience. 

If you treat your body, your mind, or your relationships like garbage...you get more garbage. 

The old idea still stands. LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE.

If you treat your life like it's special and you're happy to have it, you get MORE OF THIS.

I MUST BE CLEAR. THIS IS NOT PHILOSOPHY. 

I mean treating your body with things that are healthy, supplementary, or enhancing.

I mean treating / supplementing your mind with things that reward it emotionally.

I mean having relationships that reward you emotionally.

IT'S GREAT TO HAVE A POSITIVE MINDSET. BUT YOU CAN'T HAVE A POSITIVE MIND IF YOU EAT GARBAGE AND SPEND TIME WITH GARBAGE PEOPLE. ALL ANGLES NEED TO BE COVERED. IT MAY FEEL LIKE WORK IN A WAY...BUT YOU'LL BE SO HAPPY YOU WON'T CARE.

DANGER SPIRAL :

Sometimes you feel like shit. Sometimes you can't AVOID IT. That's a sign that you have some cleaning and changing to do. 

  • First off, don't beat yourself up emotionally. That makes everything worse.
  • Next. If you have to get frustrations out, do so constructively. Talk to a friend or even a professional coach or therapist. Exercise or play a sport. Go all out. Get the energy out somewhere it can't hurt you or anyone else. 

There's NOTHING WRONG WITH FEELING BAD. BUT IT NEEDS TO BE TREATED AS MORE OF A SURVIVAL MECHANISM OR A WARNING SIGN...not something to be ADDICTED TO.
