About This Class
Mindfulness allows us to observe without judgement and criticism; as well as teachiung us in being compassionate with ourselves. When unhappiness or stress hover overhead, rather than taking it all personally, we learn to treat them as if they were clouds in the sky, and to observe them with friendly curiosity as they drift past us. In essence, mindfulness allows us to catch negative thought patterns before they tip us into a downward spiral. It starts the process of putting us back in control of our lives. This course aims at teaching how mindfulness is achived and practiced in the simplest possible ways.
Dr. EL March is a non-fictional, creative and self-help author, and is an Orthomolecular Medicine Doctor with strong background in Holistic Psychotherapy and Spiritual Alchemy, helping individuals transform their lives. In her practice she strives to balance the individual’s emotional, mental, physical, social, spiritual and business aspects of life. She has authored and self-published 10 books in the area of New Age and the philosophy of unity and energy based Universe. She was brought up under the supervision of the Masters of the East in an ashram since the age of 5.
