Okay, thank you, this was more then helpful, since I got in my bed to watch a movie and somehow ended up at this video instead and the whole time as I was watching it I felt an urge to start selecting and posting the pictures I made today and I thought I'll just do that but I ended up editing, selecting and posting and it was a lot of fun. On terms of becoming aware of procrastination, since I'm meditating on a regular basis I notice it a lot faster then before, but I also like to think about what I'm procrastinating about, because sometimes it's not so much fear of being unsuccessfull but maybe the goal, the purpose of the activity I'm having troule with is not very clear or doesn't resonate with me very much. But yeah, when it's something that I really believe in, then seting microgoals and starting with that helpes a lot!
I like the scientific approach to why we procrastinate, so we can stop beating ourselves up with guilt. Good, practical methods for 'just doing it.'
What I liked most was the mini goals that help you warm up and get going with the bigger goal (project/task). That helps you get creative and I do share that experience as a video creator myself. Good job.
