I’m enjoying this course so far. I skipped to the last part which I won’t recommend for beginners and I’ve been getting good results so far. The protocols and the focus on physiology was very informative and the course doesn’t lose sight of the basics as well. Overall, it’s very well balanced and I find the last phase alone to be well worth the price.
