About This Class

.In this class I want to show you how becoming an early riser changed my life and most importantly how I did it.

I’m not saying everyone should become early risers. Maybe you have your best ideas at night and feel great waking up late. That’s fine. Do whatever makes your body and mind feel best. But in , general I’ve found that people who adopt this kind of schedule feel more rested, at peace, more productive and more ready to handle the day ahead, and life in general, among other things

A little bit simple but a step by step approach that will work. I liked that he included the idea of an "award" to support rising early.
Very good tips, can't wait to try!
