About This Class

a2dcbdfa

As designers, we communicate information visually.

In this class, I'll walk you through the steps needed to create a visualization or concept map of your service approach.

A good process graphic is more than a flowchart--it can communicate timeline, stakeholder responsibilities, and deliverables in one cohesive product. Everything that is important in your project should be in your concept map.

More importantly, the right visual communication has been proven to increase your credibility and trust in the eyes of your buyers, some research has even shown a 43% increase in your sales or win rate.

When finished with this course, you'll have done the hard thinking needed to visualize your process and an outline of your service approach that you can refine in a design program and use for your proposals or a simplified version for your website or other marketing.
