About This Class

In this lesson, I will walk you through exactly how I package up a logo when I'm finished with the project so that the client has everything they need to put their brand new logo to use. These techniques can be used with any type of artwork you want to create and export from Adobe Illustrator, but for today's purposes we are focusing on logos. Let's dive in!

Derrick & Jennah Mitchell

Digital Nomads & Online Teachers

Jennah has worked as a writer and project manager for close to a decade. In 2010 she first dabbled in telecommuting by starting a freelance company on the popular job board website Elance.com. Her business quickly grew, and in a little over a year she was employing over 5 other freelancers to help complete all of the projects in queue. Her time spent working as a telecommuter via Elance netted close to $100,000 - all while only working a few hours per day from home.

Derrick has spent his entire career in the creative arts and marketing sector. Starting back as early as high school where he turned homework into paying gigs, his love for all things art and technology driven has continued to grow. Working with brands such as MTV, Nintendo, and Netflix while employed as an intern for Seven 2 Interactive catapulted his career. His branding work and graphic design has been included in international publications for the design industry and regularly featured on trending websites.

His most current accomplishments have been as the exclusive designer for Falkor Defense. Under the direction of Clint Walker, Derrick created an elite, multimillion-dollar brand from scratch. Additional projects for clients include global marketing campaigns, trade show design and implementation, app designs, and more.

Derrick and Jennah are the owners of Mitchell’s Garage | Creative Media Chop Shop, located in Kalispell, Montana, where they helps businesses find success with both print and online marketing efforts. Mitchell’s Garage has been successful in reaching and working with clients all over the world, including Washington D.C., New York, California, Calgary, Austria, Australia, Washington, Colorado, and of course, throughout Montana. Derrick and Jennah have worked for clients both big and small, and have helped ideate creative content and marketing strategies for countless companies including LEGO.

They recently also created a company and website called WhyTelecom to help support telecommuters, entrepreneurs, and business owners around the world. www.whytele.com.
