About This Class

By knowing how color psychology works you can better communicate to your audience and get them to feel how you want them to feel and steer them towards supporting a cause, clicking a button, or engaging with your content.

This mini course is a case study from my own recent website redesign. I'll talk about why I chose to use specific colors based on what I know about color psychology as well as web design and what effect certain groups of colors have together on a web visitor's mood.

If you would like to learn more about color psychology, web design, graphic design, illustration, creativity, and more, have a look at my more in-depth Skillshare courses. In particular, see Life Hack With Color Psychology: Increase Your Influence or if you are short on time, Quick & Easy Color Secrets: Win the Day With Your Wardrobe.

Just Want To Make and Learn Stuff

I am the instructor of this class, so obviously I recommend it. :-) But here's why I think you will like it: 1.) It's free. I've just redone the 12 minute case study that talks about how I chose the colors for my own website. The new video includes more key color takeaways and web design tips to help your website look more professional and function better. 2.) Download the resources attached to the project for a rundown on how to use specific colors in your website. In the discussion/community area find free color videos and articles to further your color knowledge. 3.) This course comes also with free color advice for your website. Simply complete the project in this course and I'll get back to you ASAP with recommendations for your own site. Thanks for reading and hope you enjoy this mini course that is part of a larger, more in-depth color course, "Life Hack With Color Psychology, also found on Skillshare.
