About This Class

97971397

As a follow up to my class, “Get Better at Perspective Drawing: Beginning with the Basics”, I’ve created a step-by-step project where we build a complete perspective drawing from plan to final render - plus learn a new technique called 'projection' that isn't covered in the “Basics” class.

In order for us to get ‘better’ at anything, we need to practice it. To encourage practice with perspective drawing, I walk you through how construct a haphazard stack of perfect cubes oriented in one point perspective.

It’s short, it’s enlightening, and it’s free! What’s holding you back from understanding, controlling, and using perspective better?

Great class! Fun project included.
I really enjoyed this class. The instructor provides a lot of useful information in an engaging way. Although this the material is moderate to advanced, it is presented in a way that novices can also learn from it. I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn how to draw in perspective. The COV rig is a powerful tool that I haven't seen covered anywhere before.
Thanks for this course. I love the idea of using the COV. I never heard of that before. I just enrolled in your first course and am looking forward to taking it.

That’s me in my office, at my desk. It’s usually the easiest place to find me. I’ve worked in the graphic design industry for the past 33 years. I’ve been happily married for 20 of those years and my family has grown to include two teenagers, a small dog, and three fish. I currently live in Orlando, Florida where I work as a freelancer. Away from my desk, I enjoy being neighbors with Mickey Mouse, continuing my struggle to master finger-style guitar, and riding my mountain bike on the beautiful trails found here in Florida.
