About This Class

In this class you'll create your own unique pop-up card with a character on it! I'll guide you through choosing shapes to draw, and then show you how to cut, fold, and pop them out. Then I'll show you how to use your intuition to create a face on the card using watercolors or your favorite drawing or painting supplies.

These cards make beautiful gifts, are a good silly creative practice, a good way to put watercolor or coloring skills to use, and are often laugh-out-loud funny to make. I've been making them for years, and they're always a delightful surprise for myself and my friends. I look forward to sharing the technique, and seeing what face you'll make in the project gallery!

Let's get started!
