About This Class

Let your imagination flow and express your ideas through the power of zines.

Zines are small self-published works of a combination of text, images, and drawings about any topic. Zines are usually made with ‘old fashioned’ methods, techniques and resources such as printing presses, stamping or colleging which gives them the unique, quirky, creative look they have.

Join the creative freelance graphic designer and illustrator Renae Domigan on a journey of exploring your imagination and craziest thoughts with the power of zines. This class will provide you

with all the skills, knowledge and resources you need to create your very own zine from scratch. Zines are a cheap DIY form of expression and storytelling. Zines are all about sharing your message, illustrations, story, passions, thoughts, imagination and much more with the world! You don’t need permission to get started.

Renae Domigan

Freelance Graphic Designer and Illustrator

My name is Renae Domigan and I am a freelance graphic designer and illustrator based on the Gold Coast. I spend hours designing, illustrating and teaching myself new skills. Some of my work includes logo design, photo editing, vector illustrations, screen printing, hand illustrations, zine crafting, and much more. I have been involved in the design industry for years. I believe in living life to the best with design and illustration as part of my journey. Whether it be pasting, cutting, drawing, painting, or editing, I love all things design.
