About This Class

Overview: This beginner's course will teach you the basics of making a simple typography poster in Adobe Illustrator, including using the type tool, applying color, and exporting files for a finished project. Once completed, you will know how to make a new project for print from scratch, and how to save and export the files you need to print your project when finished.

The Goal: The purpose of this mini-course is just to get you comfortable with Adobe Illustrator and to make something as quickly as possible; not to learn about every bell and whistle that there is within Illustrator. By the end of the course, you'll be comfortable with the basics of Illustrator and you'll be able to produce a project from beginning to end.
