Extremely helpful and resourceful course. The word 'Fundamentals' in the title originally put me off of the course; after three months of self-taught Blender skills I wasn't sure if this course would teach me anything knew. Needless to say, I learnt a lot more than I thought I would, especially in the last half of the tutorials. Brandon has exceptionally taught the use of Compositing and Rendering techniques that can be implemented to further enhance the final output of an image. The course also covers all of the essential areas in the beginning use of Blender, without missing any information that can be missed even after sifting through hours of YouTube channels and videos. Brandon inspires individuals to explore, create and delve into Blender's features despite the initial learning curve, and produces hands-down the best Blender course I have ever been provided. My only regret is not viewing this tutorial series earlier. Job well done, Brandon Hix. :)

3d Artist | Owner of blenderunleashed.com

I'm a full time 3d artist, designer, and Blender instructor. You can find my teaching blog at BlenderUnleashed.com or my personal portfolio at BrandonHix.com.

I've been fascinated with art from a very early age. Over the years my passion has led me to pursue paths within traditional illustration, graphic design, 3d graphics and visual effects, film making, photography, and even computer programming.

In January of 2015 I quit my day job to go full time at home teaching Blender and freelancing. I never expected the journey to be so rewarding, so challenging, and full of so many ups and downs. But I wouldn't trade a second of it for any other life.

Every day is new challenge and I can't wait to see what this year brings. I'm always learning new things and trying to share what I've learned with other people. It's amazing to see so many people coming together online and learning how to improve themselves and their lives by taking their challenges head on. So if you want to learn with me then grab one of my courses, strap in, and let's get unleashed together!
