Great class!
This is a great walkthrough on how to brew coffee well. I loved the coffee theory section and the practical way they approached dosing the brew weight. I have some experience brewing coffee myself so this wasn't all new to me but I still gathered some some great information to use in the future. This video will help my brewing results stay consistent.
