About This Class

Lotus root soup is one of my favourite Chinese soups. It is considered as medicinal because traditional Chinese medicine considers it to have a great amount of health benefits. Comforting and soothing, you can always enjoy it as a complete meal itself. It contains a good amount of protein, vitamins, dietary fiber, and carbs. So why not?
