About This Class

This class is a simple introduction to how to make your own buddha bowls. Buddha bowls are vegan, one bowl meals, that are balanced in nutrition but also super flavorful and delicious.

This class will explain how to prepare the individual ingredients for your buddha bowl. We will also go over the health benefits of following a vegan diet and what the different ingredients add to your health and well being.

After this class, you will be able to prepare your own buddha bowls in a quick and efficient way. And the options are truly endless, so it's a wonderful creative outlet as well.

Isabelle Steichen

Eating and Living Vegan

Isabelle grew up in Luxembourg and transitioned from an omnivore, cheese loving life to a plant-based diet after she moved to NYC a couple years ago. Her decision was triggered by environmental, ethical as well as health reasons, that she became aware of while completing her master's in urban studies in Paris. She is passionate about veganism and health and has completed a plant-based nutrition certificate with Cornell University. In 2015, Isabelle and Jenné Claiborne founded Buddhalicious, an online meal planning company. The Plantiful is Isabelle' blog and creative outlet that she uses to share her love for veganism. She is also a regular contributor to Peaceful Dumpling, a vegan lifestyle and food site.
