Randy, your baked fries is brilliant idea! Not only healthy way to make this snack(we love to have snack while watching tv show :D ), least time consuming (as I don't have to stand in front of my oven while cooking this) but also saved so much cooking oil comparing with deep frying them! Thank you for your sharing and I will try this with adding a little curry & cayenne pepper powder to make A "hot & spicy" flavour :D
