About This Class

Do you want to make your own paper flowers but aren't sure where to start?  This course is for you!  I will show what supplies you need, how to cut and shape your petals, as well as build your flower using basic wire wrapping technique.  You can use this technique to make your flower as simple or as intricate as you want.  Crepe paper is the easiest and most versatile paper to make flowers with.  I'll go over the different types of crepe and the uses for each.  Then we will build three different types of flowers, all of them simple, fun and great for beginning paper florists.  Are you ready to get started?  Let's create!

I am an artist with a day job, obsessed with paper crafts, paint, comics, sneaker art, anything steampunk, and.....well the list goes on.  I apparently don't know the meaning of downtime.  When I'm not at the daily grind, I'm creating something artful.  When I'm not creating, I'm blogging about what I created.  And when I'm not blogging, I'm researching what I will create next.  I would love to teach you what I know and show you how I work!
