About This Class

In this class, you'll learn how to knit Brioche stitch in the round with two colors. The videos in this course will step you through the technique, with lots of my personal tips and tricks.

I suggest you cast on an even number of stitches on circular needles with any old yarn you have lying around, and practice along with the videos on a swatch. Then you'll be ready to start the cowl without being worried about making mistakes!

Or, if you prefer, just cast on for the cowl and watch the videos as you work the first four rounds after the border.

The cowl, which is a simple tube with stockinette edges, provides the perfect introduction to this fun and relaxing technique. The pattern is included with the class, along with instructions for a matching hat, in a PDF you can download.

I have taken a couple online classes trying to learn Brioche. This is the first time I have been able to accomplish it and I credit Donna's class with great instruction and easy to follow video's to get it done. Although some practice is needed, she has helped me learn this step by step. Thank you Donna!
I'm the teacher so of course I recommend this class! I hope you enjoy it.
